Whether you`re preparing a quick beachside picnic or a gourmet meal, you`ll find everything you need right at your fingertips. Important Information – Scheduled Lobby Renovation
Please note that lobby renovations are scheduled from August 27 through October 25. During this period, there may be intermittent construction noise and activity in the lobby area. Renovation work is expected to take place daily Monday through Saturday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

The location of The Alexander Resort is also convenient for exploring Miami Beach. It is situated in the Mid-Beach area, which is known for its quieter atmosphere and easy access to the boardwalk. It is also just a short drive from the popular South Beach neighborhood, as well as other attractions like the Miami Beach Convention Center and Lincoln Road Mall.

The management reserves the right to relocate guests to a comparable unit.

Please note that a valid government-issued identification is required upon check-in at the front desk. The primary guest listed on the reservation must be at least 21 years of age.

Kosher meals available on-site, under the supervision of Kosher Miami (KA).

Washers and dryers are on the same floor. The laundry cards can be picked up at the front desk.

Beach and pool towels are complimentary and claimed by the pool area.

Extra beach chairs and umbrellas are available at the beach for an additional fee (Please note that the beach chairs and umbrellas rental is not part of the resort and managed by a 3rd party company).
Please be advised that Alexander Hotel imposes additional mandatory fees that are not included in the nightly rate displayed on this platform. These fees are collected separately at check-in and are required to complete your reservation with the property.

Resort Fee (Daily Charge):
• $40 per day, plus applicable taxes

Incidental Property Security Deposit – $250:
• A refundable security deposit of $250 is required at check-in to cover any incidental damage or charges incurred during your stay.
• This deposit will be refunded within 7 to 10 business days following check-out, provided no deductions are necessary. Processing times may vary depending on the guest`s financial institution.

Valet Parking (Optional):
Regular Vehicles:
• Monday - Thursday: $35 per day per vehicle, plus applicable taxes
• Friday - Sunday & Holidays: $40 per day per vehicle, plus applicable taxes
• Weekly (7 days +): $175 per stay per vehicle, plus applicable taxes
Oversize Vehicles:
• Monday - Thursday: $40 per day per vehicle, plus applicable taxes
• Friday - Sunday & Holidays: $50 per day per vehicle, plus applicable taxes
• Weekly (7 days +): $210 per stay per vehicle, plus applicable taxes
