Enjoy our spacious one-bedroom unit located at The Resort & Residences. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and balcony access. Modern bathroom with bathtub and shower. Fully equipped kitchen integrated with spacious living room-dining area. The living room has a sofa bed capable of accommodating two guests additionally making the maximum capacity of this apartment four passengers. Balcony with great ocean views (Not oceanfront view). A washer and Dryer are offered inside the unit as well.
Beach towels, chairs, and umbrella service are provided by the Resort.

Please be informed that the Resort & Parking Charges are due to Hyde Beach Resort & Residences and will be charged by the Hotel upon your arrival to the Hotel. NOT included in the rental amount.

Unbelievable

Well at first didn’t make it on time. Flight got canceled Had to stay the night in Indy.Finally made it to Miami. The carpet was dirty. Com to find out toilet wasn’t working correctly so had to find someone to fix that. The ice maker didn’t work in the refrigerator. There was mold on the pillow. There was hair in bathtub before we even used it. When using the dryer it shook the whole apartment. Never again will I go or take another person to this place.

Great room

The room is amazing, very clean, great views and amenities but getting there was tough. We arrived at 3:50pm and they made us go to the back of the line because check in was no earlier than 4pm. Which would have been fine but the property is so mismanaged it took close to an hour to get to the front of the line. The elevators were broke all week which made it take close to an hour to get up and down to our room or walk down 19 flights of stairs. Beach is a walk out of the resort but you have to walk a block and a half through a full beach or people to get to where you're chairs and umbrella are...also need to be there by 630am or all the chairs near the water are taken...same with the pool...also don't understand why there were so many armed cops on the property at all times, felt like we were in prison. Great location to the boardwalk, a jeans walk away.
