Minutes away from wonderful shops-Aventura Mall and the world renowned Bal Harbour. Wonderful restaurants. The Tides is next to the Dipolmat and across from Nikki Marina. Enjoy other popular activities on the Hollywood Boardwalk, which are in walking distance.

The complex has two pools, beautifully landscaped grounds, Entertainment Room (two pool tables, TV...) Theater Room available (Reservations made at the 24 hour Concierge/Bring your own DVD), Two State-of-the-Art Fitness Center.

Minutes away from the two main airports- Miami International (30 min) and Ft. Lauderdale Airport (20 min). The I-95 and A1A is just 5 minutes away.
A cafe downstairs by the lobby in the second building offering all sorts of drinks, breakfast, and lunch items while offering free delivery to your unit, the pool, or the beach.

Very well maintained condo, overlooking the ocean, great communication with property manager, very easy to check in/out, two great gyms, two nice pools, close to great restaurants and publix supermarket.

A Great stay!

We had a wonderful time. The apartment was super clean and had everything we needed, including beach chairs, toys and an umbrella which was a nice surprise. The pool was fantastic, the kids had a ball. The pool had a large shallow area which was good for the kids who can't swim yet. Lucy, the host, was extremely responsive whenever we had a question. Her clear checkin directions made it super easy for us to navigate checkin, even as we arrived later in the evening. Watching the sunrise from the balcony was another special unexpected surprise. Lastly, the kitchen was well stocked with all the tools we needed for the week. Many thanks to Lucy and Richard for hosting us!

Long weekend visit

I chose this property for its ocean front location. The condo is well appointed and has all the basics you need. Beach chairs and umbrella were a plus! Check in is from 9a-5p. I was later and couldn't get a FOB until 9am the next day, which leaves no beach access or gym access until the next morning which wasn't ideal for me.

Nicely equipped condo

Communication with the host was excellent. Nice condo right on the beach. Easy check in and out process. Condo was equipped with everything we needed and more (beach chairs and umbrellas, cooler, kitchen items). Would definitely stay here again!

Get away

Me and my husband has a wonderful time in Hollywood Beach. The condo was bigger than I was expecting and had everything we needed. Lucy was wonderful to work with and answered in messages in a very timely manner. I would recommend this location and would love to visit in the future.

Enjoyed our visit to South Florida...

Overall a good stay in South Florida. We had some challenges but owners tried to assist. Check in process is cumbersome, but that is due to the resort, not the owners. Unit needs some attention, bedroom TV did not work, Keurig coffee maker broken, other coffee maker dated, mattress needs updating. But the unit was clean, pool was wonderful, access to beach great. Served our purposes.

Nice condo very clean and roomy, has everything you need! Check in and out could be a lot smoother, waited 30 minutes in line to get my $20 back from parking transponder! Other than that very nice place.

Fantastic get away

Located only 6 miles from the airport and just steps to the beach from the pool. This one didn’t disappoint! The check in and out process is in need of fixing, but outside of that we were so glad we picked the tides for our get away.

Girls Trip

Our stay started out a little rocky with the check-in process but was great after that. The location was great, the condo was well stocked with everything that was needed. The place was clean and the decor was nice. There was an issue getting the living room tv set up and the bedroom TV never worked but other than that it was a great trip and plan to return and hope to rent this location again.

Wonderful couple weeks away from the snow

We had a great stay in January 2022 for a couple weeks. The pools are beautiful, and property is very well taken care of. So nice to sit on the balcony and look at the ocean and palm trees. The unit was very clean and contact with the owners was exceptional.

Wonderful stay

This condo is perfectly located, steps from the beach, condo is as shown on the pictures, has every you need, plenty of kitchen stuff, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, etc. Communications with Lucy are fluent, responses are quick, and the building is secure.
