CITY OF MIAMI BEACH PARKING permit FOR ZONE # 1 a restricted area with costs of $3.00 per each 24 hours period payable to the City.
This amazing property is located on Ocean Drive and 3rd.
South of Fifth. Centrally located in SOUTH BEACH
Direct open views to Ocean Drive from the apartment, A LOT OF NATURAL LIGHT. .
This apartment is close to everything you can possibly desire.
Many restaurants, attraction's, stores, public transportation and plenty of entertainment to fit all budgets and tastes.
This unit is perfect for couples or families.

24 hour supermarket and pharmacy one block away.

Pets are permitted. There are two waterfront parks one block from the apartment . Don't have to walk far to walk your pet or take your young ones to the playground.

Private pool and beach access from apartment building. Beach is only a few steps away from the pool area.

This is a spectacular upgraded one bedroom one bathroom unit located on the 3rd floor.
Building has a private secure entrance.
Walk out directly onto Ocean Drive.
Property is equipped with elevator for easy access to condo.
This beautiful unit has complete marble flooring throughout the condo and a marble stand up shower.
This condo comes equipped with a full upgraded kitchen with granite countertops.
Appliances include refrigerator stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, all utensils, cooking ware, and dishes provided.
All linens and towels also included.
Sleeps 1-4 guests. Separate One bedroom with queen size bed also a full size sleeper sofa in and a personal convertible in the living room.
2 flat screen TVs. One in the bedroom and the other is in the living room.
Central A/C with unit control.
Washer and dryers available on each floor.
Early check-in and late check-out available. Fees may apply.
Owner is located locally.

Enrique was incredibly attentive and responsive whenever I had questions—he always got back to me right away. The room was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed, including towels, toiletries, and even a few thoughtful extras. The apartment is conveniently located just minutes from all the South Beach activities, which made getting around so easy.There was plenty of space for four people, though it is a bit on small side—but honestly, you’re not there to stay inside all day. You’re there for the experience, and it truly delivered. Overall, it was a five-star stay. Thank you, Enrique, for everything!

We loved our stay on South Beach! The location was amazing. You are literally steps to the beach!! The pictures accurately reflected everything that was in the one bedroom condo. It’s on the top floor. It’s a quiet building. Everything was there for cooking and coffee. The showerhead was great. There were plenty of towels, hangers, drawer & closet space for 2. Both TVs worked well. The elevator was easy to access. We were given all the codes we needed. The owner even set us up with free beach chairs and umbrellas for the week and three dollar a day parking in the neighborhood. The beach staff was phenomenal: setting up our chairs & making sure we ehere to go for great dinners live entertainment. The area felt safe and lots of fun places to walk to eat . We especially loved a fish called Avalon for the amazing food & local music! The only things that I see that could to be improved on were couches could’ve been more comfortable and this definitely is a 2 person place. It was too tiny to hold more people. Also, while the parking was wonderful. to have , be prepared to walk five or six blocks, which was no problem, but it’s not on the same block. We got exactly what we paid for and more. We loved every minute of our stay! Don’t forget to make a trip to Little Havana, and down to the Keys for a day!

We, myself my wife and four year old enjoyed an excellent week at Enrique’s apartment. It it scrupulously clean, well equipped and perfect situation. Beach and pool can be accessed directly from the building. The Ocean Drive restaurant scene is a short walk away, as is a first class kids playground. No need for car. One valuable amenity was access to no cost umbrella and beach chairs on beach. Enrique was a solicitous host both in advance and during our stay.

Location 10/10! But there were 4 of us initially and the apartment is really only suitable for two. There isn’t a proper sleeper/sofa and many of the draws storage space is filled with the owners “stuff” meaning we lived out of our suitcases. Comes with a v good value parking permit but parking is a few blocks walk away and it’s tricky to load and unload outside apartment .
This simply lays flat and requires mattresse in plastic bag behind to lay on top :(

Excellent host and was very accommodating as I almost needed to change the date of the trip after the cancelation date had passed. He checked in periodically to ensure everything was going okay. Nice to provide free beach chairs and provided beach towels to use. The room is small, good for no more than 2 people. Only provided 2 bath towels and no hand towels and shower did not have hot water. The shower faucet needs to be adjusted to turn off completely. Kitchen cabinets and stove were dirty and kitchen drawers were full of owner's items - would have been nice to have these emptied as there is little storage room. Building has a horrible smell throughout. Has a pool and nice option in case you don't want to be on the beach. Location is great to walk everywhere and is on a quieter part of Ocean Drive which was nice for sleeping.

Wonderful Stay!

We enjoyed our stay in Miami. The host was very accommodating. My husband was a little uncomfortable sleeping on the mattress. I mentioned it to the host and he had a new one delivered!! The beach was beautiful and steps away! We will definitely be back!
