Towels and Linens: Fresh towels and linens will be provided for your stay. Please note that we do not provide washcloths, as these are considered personal hygiene items.

TV: Our smart TV is set up to stream through various apps. Feel free to log in with your personal accounts and enjoy your favorite content.

Air Conditioning: For optimal performance, the air conditioning should be set no lower than 70°F. If the outside temperature is below 70°F, please avoid setting the AC lower, as this may cause it to freeze up. To maintain a comfortable environment, ensure all windows and doors are closed while the AC is in use.

Check-In: This property requires someone to receive you at the check in moment so we will need and ETA a day prior to check in. All details for a smooth arrival and departure will be provided through the Airbnb chat a day prior to guest arrivals. We recommend reviewing the house rules in advance to ensure an exceptional stay.

Packages: You are welcome to receive packages during your stay, but please note that we cannot take responsibility for them.
