This house was perfect my myself, my husband, mother in law and 1 year old daughter. Plenty of space for everyone to have their own rooms. The only issue were there little ants throughout the house, and the laundry requires quarters that we didn’t know about ahead of time.

The property was exactly as it's description. A very cozy and charming home with a quiet neighborhood. We voted 5 Stars for the quiet neighborhood! Amenities were sufficient and plentiful. Our family will definitely stay there again!!

The house met our needs nicely. I did feel 1 of the bedrooms was a bit deceptive as it was just a bed in a converted closet. But we ultimately didn’t need that room for our family so we’re not impacted. We were able to walk to breakfast and pick up dinner conveniently. The location was nice for a quick trip to the beach and also for when we had to leave for our cruise.

My parents in their 80s had never stayed at a vacation house, only hotels. This was their first. They loved that we could all hang out, cook, and eat together to celebrate my daughter's college graduation. We had everything we needed to cook, a comfortable living room and bedrooms. The entire house was also very clean.

Es gab ein paar Mängel zu beanstanden. In einem Badezimmer lief die Wasserfüllung für die WC-Spülung nur spärlich. Allgemein ist dieses Badezimmer veraltet. Die Sauberkeit war in Ordnung. Zum Check-out war die Reinigungskraft zu früh da, um 10 am, obwohl 11 am ausgemacht war, in der Nachricht vom Gastgeber. Es gab nur normales TV-Programm. Die Gegend war ruhig. Man konnte zu Fuß in einen Markt einkaufen gehen , ca. 5 min. Miami ist Allgemein sehr teuer, mit NYC zu vergleichen.

We had a great time staying here. The place was as described. Plenty of beds which suited our needs. I had a question during the stay and the host was super responsive and quickly answered my questions. Lots of pillows, towels, and blankets available. Water filter for our use. Overall a nice stay!

Fun in Miami

We had a great time. We loved the location which is close to many stores, bars, restaurants, landmarks and exciting entertainment.

Very cute property with plenty of room for all of us to enjoy. The air conditioner wasn't very efficient which made for warm nights but otherwise it was a wonderful place to stay

All was good. Nice home and great location. However, a/c was not working when we arrived - was frozen due to a dirty coil. Owner was very responsive and had tech out first thing in the morning. Housekeeper was very nice, helpful and courteous.

I'm very happy with our stay. There were 7 of us. The house is cute and we were comfortable with a nice area to sit and watch TV and the dining room had plenty of space too. The air conditioner works well but there is no AC in the kitchen. We had some small, personal fans that were nice for the kitchen while cooking. The area felt safe. We didn't get in until around 11pm and walked to the Brightside which was so fun with karaoke and the food was good. The grocery store is about a 5 minute walk. Nice restaurants and bars not far either.Things to consider: one bathroom is right off the living room; it costs 6 to wash and dry a load of laundry; no baking sheets for the oven and cutting knives are no good; house is a little musty (understandable it's so humid), it didn't bother our asthmatics too much but if you are very sensitive it could; you have to walk through the "main” room with the king sized bed to get to the small room with the twin sized bed, so if you're staying in that room with the twin bed, you have to walk through the main room to get to the bathroom and the rest of the house. It was not a problem for us, though.

Wonderful stay in a lovely and conveniently located home

Me and my husband truly enjoyed staying in Norwin’s home. It was situated I a lovely and quiet neighborhood that was close to the beach, brickell and coconut grove. We had all the necessary amenities needed and the home had a nice patio with bbq grill. Norwin was a great host, always responsive to our needs. Looking forward to coming back and staying there again.

The home was very nice in a quiet area and was as advertised. Only disappointment was the house was very warm. We asked for directions to turn the air conditioning higher. Instructions were provided but not for several hours at which point we had already checked out.

Great location - suited our needs

The property was great for a short stay. The beds were comfy and the house was clean. We loved the backyard space. Lots of things nearby. Check-out was easy. The tiny room that was considered a 4th bedroom was too hot to sleep in and not really a bedroom but my daughter just slept in the big king bed with me. Glad we didn’t have any laundry to do because it was 1.50 per load per machine. We all enjoyed the property and our stay overall.

House was nice. Not too far of a walk to get on the shuttle for downtown. Just be aware that if you have more than 6 then you will be charged extra. We had a few family members who surprised us and had more than enough space, but I guess that’s not acceptable. Other than that it was a decent place.

Comfortable and Unique

Everything in this VRBO was definitely above the subpar level. The beds were comfortable and everything in the description most fitted. The only ick I would say that would improve is to have better communication with the cleaning lady. Other than that, the whole stay was immaculate. thank you, Norwin!
