➤ Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to stay in the unit. Unaccompanied minors are not allowed.

➤ No last-minute bookings allowed. All guests aged 18 and over must provide their full names and a copy of their ID for registration at least 3 days before the check-in date.

Getting Around:
Walking: Brickell City Centre, Mary Brickell Village, restaurants, cafés, and nightlife are all within walking distance.

Metromover: Nearby stations provide free transportation throughout Brickell and Downtown Miami.

Metrorail: Brickell Station connects you to other parts of Miami, including the airport.

Rideshare: Uber and Lyft are convenient options for reaching Miami Beach, Wynwood, and other attractions.

Driving: The property offers convenient access to major roads connecting you to greater Miami.

Other Things to Note:
➤ Unfortunately, we can’t offer bag drop off. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use the Bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.

➤ The property does have both heating and A/C, but we don't guarantee that you can reach a comfortable setting if your preferred temperature is outside of the range of about 65 - 75 degrees Fahrenheit. Additionally, given the nature of short-term rentals, with people being in and out constantly, we can't guarantee 100% uptime as unfortunately some guests will occasionally push the systems beyond their capacity requiring repairs.

➤ I am not responsible for lost packages. If a package arrives at the property while you’re away it will be returned to sender. Please make sure that if you are ordering a package you will physically be there to receive it as I will not be able to track it for you.
