This beautifully-renovated 5 bedroom house is the perfect home-base for your Miami getaway.

The home features 5 spacious bedrooms, with state-of-the-art furniture and decor. It has 4 queen beds, 2 king beds, & 2 double beds, as well as 2 plug-in airbeds.

The living room & dining room are beautifully furnished and spacious, and the kitchen features brand-new stainless steel appliances.

The home also features ample parking, high-speed internet, 2 washers & dryers and a TV in every bedroom.

The Space:
There is another house behind this one on the same property that's also rented out on Airbnb, so all outdoor areas are shared with the guests in the second home, including the parking area in front and the backyard in the rear.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home.

The Neighborhood:
This property is located in the heart of Miami, right next door to the famous Barry University, and close to the I-95 expressway. The area is very vibrant and diverse, with a mix of college students and families of all nationalities.

Getting Around:
Getting around is easiest with a car, but there are buses that go regularly up and down NE 2nd Ave, which is just a few steps from the home.

Interaction with Guests:
The home is self-check-in, so you won't meet me there unless you want to, but I'm available any time you may need me.

I rented this home so that my out of town wedding guests could have a place to stay near my apartment. The rooms were spacious and our whole family was comfortable.As a lifelong Miamian, I loved that it was a classic Miami home with beautiful Dade County Pine floors.

We booked this house for the night before our cruise out of Miami. It suited that purpose well. The house was clean and big enough for a large group. (Four couples and a single). The price was better than multiple rooms at a hotel and we could all enjoy dinner and socializing together in the evening.On the downside, the beds were very soft and the bedrooms got very hot with the doors closed. The thermostat would not allow setting below 70F. Also, one of the bathrooms is an en suite, so the people in the other four bedrooms were sharing the single bathroom in the hall.

Worse stay ever

to start there was no internet so we could not watch TV. The manager kept stating that they were working on it but it was never restored. One of the TVs did not have sound at all and the remote was broken. There was a mice in the mailbox! The house was very outdated and dust everywhere. This was the worse stay I have ever experienced…. I will be requesting a refund!

Quick night

Quick stay! Great communication had a little hiccup with other guests from a home behind us attempting to get into house. Host was quick to get back with me. Properly was clean! Overall it was a good stay!

Bade in Miami Shores

This property had plenty of sleeping space for our group. Living room, dining room and kitchen were all clean, well stocked and decorated. Lots of hot water for showers after a day at the beach and plenty of clean towels. Front approach could benefit from some love and we missed not having outdoor seating in the garden ( could also use some love.). Some noise from neighbors’ partying but it was a holiday weekend. In general a good base from which to explore Miami.
