  • Stay close to the best of Miami without giving up a quiet place to recharge. This bright, single-level 2BR duplex sleeps up to 6 with 2 queen beds plus a sofa bed, fast Wi-Fi, a full kitchen, washer/dryer and free parking for 2 cars. Minutes from Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, Brickell and MIA, with Metrorail nearby. Enjoy a private entrance and a shared outdoor yard—ideal for couples, families, work trips and longer stays.
    ### 3. House Rules & Expectations

    **Quiet Hours:** Quiet hours are from **10:00 PM to 7:00 AM**. In accordance with local ordinances and out of respect for our neighbors, loud music, shouting, parties, or excessive noise are not permitted during these hours.

    **Parking:** Two parking spaces are provided for your unit at the front of the driveway. Please park in the designated area, filling the spaces **from left to right**.

    **Smoking & Pet Policy:** Smoking and vaping are **strictly prohibited inside the property**. Pets are permitted only with prior approval and payment of the applicable pet fee.

    **Laundry:** A washer and dryer are available for your use. Please clean the dryer lint screen after each use to help keep the appliance operating safely and efficiently.

We stayed here while moving our son into the university of Miami. We had a great stay. Close to campus. The house was just as listed. Comfortable and clean and tastefully decorated.

Easy stay in Miami.

Nice location, house was in good condition. Beds and bathroom were clean. David communicated well. Would stay again. Mattress was on hard side (personal preference) but I slept well enough for my stay. Happy with our visit in Miami.

Adorable little villa. Perfect place to stay while moving our daughter into UMIAMI from out of state. Location is convenient & easy to get to. Owners are extremely friendly, accessible & accommodating. The place is VERY clean & as described. We would go back.

Very clean and pleasant place to stay

My husband and adult son visited our UMiami student for a weekend and really liked this property. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was extremely well kept. The bathroom had plenty of towels for the 3 of us and the toiletries were nice. I always appreciate when there is a full size ironing board and hair dryer. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location and experience

I visited between Feb 14-19. David was an excellent host. Responsive, accommodating, and helpful.The place was clean and well stocked. 10 minute walk to a market and a 10 minute drive to the beach. I will be back.

The photos are true and correct. The prior reviews are correct. The host are very responsive. The property is set up perfectly as a short term rental. The location is close to U of M, the Gables, and Coconut Grove. No issues with our stay. We will book again when needed.

Great place, close to coconut grove, very quiet

Was there for my daughters Vet school graduation so just wanted something close to U of M and not 200/ night. The place was immaculate, and very clean. Beads were comfortable and the kitchen was already stocked with coffee. The internet was a little tricky but we got that worked out fairly quickly. All in all a very pleasant stay.
