The property is a house that has been divided into two separate rentals, with a shared pool between both sides. During our stay, we didn’t feel very comfortable using the pool, as the other guests were already using it when we went out, which made it feel less private than expected.The rental manager also stopped by around 10:30 PM on our first night to check in, which felt a bit unexpected and late.That said, the place itself is very cute, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The home is located in a nice neighborhood, with convenient access to stores like Costco and Walmart just 5–10 minutes away.

Parking was very easy and conveniently located right off of the highway. I think it wouldve been nice to know that the house is connected to the host’ house. There is a mirror and a huge sign that block off entry but that was never specified previous to checking in. The pool/hanmock area is only accessible from 12-6pm which was also a bit upsetting. Towels had stains on them and bathroom shower was dirty. Pillows were incredibly firm and there is no TV in the living room but aside from that, Ricardo was very responsive and quick to answer questions.

The stay was good. I was concern on the front end. I was unable to plan my arrival. The shower wasn’t clean, my wife was not pleased. My stay was 11 days. I was unaware there was no laundry onsite. I also purchased an ironing board which I left for the next occupant. I recommend a deep cleaning and paint job. Our overall evaluation of the property is good.

The house was very clean and the decor was amazing, yet was homey and felt like home. Spacious and super comfortable. Loved the outdoor portion with the decor and plants. The host was super responsive and accommodating. Has parking on site and location was superb. Check in and check out was seamless. Definitely will be my first choice for my future trips to Miami.

Clean & Spacious

The property was nice. There was plenty of room to spread out between the two bedrooms in the Victoria Booking. Parking space out front was a plus. Being only 15 minutes from the University of Miami and Coral Palms was great for our trip!

Wer einen Eindruck haben möchte, wie die Einheimischen wohnen, ist hier richtig. Wohnküche, zwei Schlafzimmer, Bad und Terrasse, alles was man braucht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter läuft über die App. Zum Haus gehört auch eine Katze, die sich germ kraulen lässt. Füttern ist auch ok ;-).Das Auto, dass man aber auch unbedingt braucht (Nahverkehr ist hier nicht so), kann man dort auch parken.

Nice little spot

The house was a little smaller than we expected but was a very nice place! We were a very large group (10) and it worked for us it was just tight. This would be a perfect place for a smaller family or a small group of friends. The host was very accommodating and we needed for nothing while here. However the description stated there was coin laundry on site we did not see any. Also the description does not tell you that it is a single house remodeled into 3 apartments. No complaints here however as each place does have their own private space. It is located on a busy side street so keep that in mind if you have small children. If we were in the area again we would definitely stay here again!

I have to warn anyone on why they should Not pick this property! When I originally booked property I forgot to mention that it was a party of 4 and my service dog. I was scheduled to check in on April 16, so on April 14 I sent the owner of property a message that I had made a mistake and did not mention that it was actually a party of 4 and a service animal. I sent him a message on the VRBO message icon , he responded with OK NO PROBLEM. So I thought nothing of it and checked in on the 16th. Problem number #1, when we were in apartment, a person just walked into apartment unannounced. Problem #2, the owner actually lives there !! It’s a house actually that he divided with walls , you actually hear everything in apartment. Problem #3, the pool area is on side of his house, so you really can’t use pool without not having privacy. Now ,,, on Saturday the 18th, at about 10 am the owner knocks on our door. He asks me in an aggressive manner, why didn’t I put service dog and party of 4 on VRBO site! I reminded him that I had sent him a message and he wrote back ok. He has the audacity to tell me that he is checking me out now! Very aggressive and very confrontational. I tell him why you gave me the okay via message. I saw this was not going nowhere so I told him I needed an hour. He tells me 10 minutes or I will call police. I actually had to call police on him because he got irate! avoid the nightmare, total scam. Hope I can help someone here.

Decent

This is in the middle of everything, but there are some kinks that could be worked out. Upon arriving there was construction in the other half the home (there is at least one more unit possible two for a total of three in a previous family home). Due to construction there was saw dust all over the common area of the home. The homeowner did come clean it for us which we appreciated. Since a family home was converted into two or more units we could very clearly hear everything that was going on in the next unit. Everyday there was some type of work being done (solar panels being put on the home, gas company coming to speak to the owner who wasn’t there, and a tinting company) There was no laundry area though it is listing as having laundry facilities. The ice maker didn’t work on the refrigerator. The air worked best at night but during the day it couldn’t keep up and we were unable to adjust it due to the thermostat being locked. There was hair in the bathroom that was not from my group. Earrings were left in a window seal from previous tenant, so cleanliness was the best.
