Great location close to Little river. The garden I think really stood out for us with our kids, it is vast and wonderful with beautiful trees. Also lots of little attentions in the house to make you feel welcome!

The Stay Made our Vacation

My kids are very young and the best thing for them to do in Miami was hang out at this property. They loved running around the backyard, swimming in the pool and watching their own tv. We grilled out and enjoyed the summer weather in the shade which was very comfortable. The location is convenient to us visiting family but also has lots of food options. I highly recommend! The host was very nice and easy to communicate with. The property was very well stocked and we had everything we could’ve needed.

Our "home" in Miami

Hosts Sam and Andy made us feel welcome and were very responsive to our needs. The house is perfect for us -- older, super clean, lots of upgrades, washer and dryer, off-street parking, private backyard. Location is good -- short drive to downtown, Miami Beach, and the airport. The hosts have added many lovely touches to make the cottage attractive and welcoming. We will recommend this one to our friends.

Lovely property - great hosts

The property is wonderful - a real home from home with an amazing outdoor space. The hosts are great communicators - the check in process was flawless and they always responded to questions promptly. Definitely a great place for a stay in Miami!

Cozy and Convenient

My mom and I loved our stay here! The house had everything you could think of needing, and I would love to come back with my kids and husband in the future. We loved having coffee in the backyard in the mornings and we were a short walk (2 min) from Biscayne Blvd where there are some great restaurants. Sam was responsive when I asked about parking, and all of the instructions and information about the property were clear and helpful.

Absolutely Fabulous

When my teammates and I have a work conference to attend, we usually find a place early in order to get some sightseeing and tourist things done before we have to work at our conferences. We stayed here and had the most wonderful weekend. The hosts are easily accessible and respond to every question or issue. We were withing walking distance of great restaurants, parks and even the historic and art districts. The three of us enjoyed this stay so much, I would definitely try to book again when we are in the area. I would also like to add that the host is truly female conscious as the bathroom is so well stocked as well as the kitchen. The bedrooms are comfortable and it is a great place to relax and just enjoy the Miami atmosphere. Another great part of this house is the back yard area. The pool and the outdoor seating is just what we needed before our very busy week long conference. I would love to stay again.

Absolutely amazing!

We stayed for christmas with our 4 kids and we couldn't ask for a better place. The house is really well located, 15 minutes from Miami beach and really close to downtown with nice places to walk around the neighborhood and restaurants and ice cream close by. The house is beautifully decorated and so cozy and Sam and Andy were so nice. They were always available to help with any questions or concerns and they even put up a christmas tree for the kids with little gifts. We cannot recommend this house enough. If you're thinking of booking, do it! Thanks Sam and Andy for making our christmas vacation amazing!

Miami visit

Cute cottage in an excellent location. We’d happily return in the future. Well stocked kitchen (including plastic plates and cups for kids), nice backyard, plenty of towels. Easy access for driving, as well as within easy walking distance to many good restaurants. Thanks for a great stay in Miami.
