The Icon Spa is a staggering 28,000 square feet, complete with a juice bar, treatment rooms for exotic massages, and a 5,000 square foot aqua-therapy lounge, His and Hers Eucalyptus steam rooms, saunas, and relaxation areas. Guest passes to the Spa are included complimentary with your rental! Our guests can use the access cards, unlimited for the duration of their stay.
2. Our Deluxe Swimming Pool (the biggest one in town), completed and renovated with 14 Millions Dollars of investment, was re-opened on December 29, 2018.

We have in our area, a metro mover that connects with other Miami areas like downtown. Travel in the metro mover is free.
B- "Planing to Cook" or buy natural & organic grocery items to cook during the stay in our apartment: five minutes walking from the Icon Brickell Building across the river on the way to downtown, there is a Whole Foods Market.

*Hotel management requires photos of all guests ID/drivers license prior to check in for anyone occupying the unit to be registered in the system and able to use amenities such as the pool, gym and spa.
*Amenity passes 4 adults per building management.

*Late Check-In: A $75 fee applies for check-ins after 12AM. (Cash only upon arrival.)
Parking: Not included. On-site valet is available for $52/day, or you can reserve nearby parking with us for $40/day.

There are public parking garages 5-7 minutes walking distance from our building and the cost could vary from $45 to $60/overnight.
Luggage Storage: Not available on the premises. You may use nearby services such as Bounce or LuggageHero.
Other things to note
As per Miami city ordinances, each unit is limited to a set number of guest amenities passes. For Studio and One-Bedroom Apartments, up to 2 guest amenity passes are available. For Two-Bedroom Units, up to 4 guest amenity passes can be provided. These passes grant access to on-site amenities, and we encourage you to plan accordingly.
Other things to note
** IMPORTANT NOTICE ** Due to construction scheduled remodel on the outside of the building, from August 2025 through February 2026, the pool will be closed Monday through Thursday. It is expected to be open on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, although this may vary depending on weather and the HOA’s work schedule. At some point, depending on the stage of construction, balconies will temporary be closed, and windows will temporary be covered with protective film.
This schedule is managed entirely by the HOA, and we have no control over any changes. The information provided is based on the latest updates we’ve received.
All other amenities, including the spa and gym, will remain open and unaffected..
