★ Welcome to this stylish high-ceiling loft located in the heart of Brickell, Miami. Featuring floor-to-top windows, modern interiors, stunning downtown views, a private balcony, and free parking, this space offers a perfect mix of comfort and city energy.

𖠿 THE SPACE:



Living Room:
The main floor features a spacious open-plan living area with impressive high ceilings and expansive floor-to-top windows that fill the space with natural light. Includes a comfortable couch, smart TV, and direct access to the balcony with breathtaking downtown Miami views.



Kitchen & Dining:
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a full-size refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a coffee maker. The dining area seats four comfortably.



Master Bedroom (Upstairs):
Located on the upper level, this bright loft-style bedroom includes a queen-size bed, flat-screen TV, desk, and a wardrobe. It overlooks the main living area and large windows with city views.



Second Bedroom (Downstairs):
Situated on the main level, this enclosed bedroom features a queen-size bed, wardrobe, flat-screen TV, and direct access to the balcony. Ideal for additional guests or family members.



First Bathroom:
Upstairs bathroom with a shower-bathtub combo, dual sinks, modern fixtures, fresh towels, and essential toiletries. The in-unit washer and dryer are also located here.



Second Bathroom:
Located on the lower level, this bathroom includes a walk-in shower, clean towels, and all the essentials for a comfortable stay.



Balcony:
Furnished balcony with scenic views of downtown Miami. It's perfect for morning coffee or unwinding in the evening.



Laundry:
In-unit washing machine and dryer provided for your convenience.

Location Highlights:
The loft is located in Brickell on the River, just steps from the scenic Miami Riverwalk. Walk to Brickell City Centre, top restaurants, cafés, and public transit. Quick drive to Wynwood, South Beach, and Miami International Airport.



Please be informed that the guests are allowed to use the facilities located only in the South Tower, not in the North Tower

!IMPORTANT!

Smart Lock Access (AUGUST App)

Our staff will send you an invitation on your mobile number, where you will be asked to download an app called AUGUST. This app will help you open and close the door to your unit. When you either exit or enter the unit, please open the app on your mobile phone and press on the RED button for a couple of seconds until the smartlock closes/opens.

To successfully check-in, you will need to:

- To save on time and ensure a smooth check-in please provide your email address and expect a dotloop email containing agreements for you to review and sign. Keep in mind the signed documents must be submitted to the building 48 hours prior to your check-in.

- Provide valid forms of identification for all traveling guests. This could include passports, driver's licenses, or other government-issued IDs.

- Provide the full names of all traveling guests as they appear on their IDs. Make sure the names match the identification documents.

- Provide the email addresses of all traveling guests. All the guests must read and sign the acknowledgment of rules and regulations document.

- It's a requirement by the building that all guests must read and sign the documents that will be sent via email to ensure a smooth check-in process without delays.

Remember to carefully review all the documents you're asked to sign and seek clarification if you have any questions about their contents. This process is essential to ensure the safety and well-being of all guests and to comply with legal regulations.

⚠︎ OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

Liability Agreement:
To ensure a smooth check-in and meet HOA requirements, all guests must sign a short liability agreement at least 24 hours before check-in. This is mandatory - check-in instructions will only be provided once the agreement is completed.
If not submitted on time, the reservation may be subject to cancellation. Thank you for your understanding.



Guest Policy:
The unit accommodates up to four guests and includes all essentials for a short-term stay. No parties or unregistered guests are allowed.



We provide one parking pass for FREE parking (located inside the unit).
⚠ If the parking pass or building fob is not returned, a $200 fine will apply per item. These are difficult to replace and cause serious inconvenience for the next guest.

Guests wishing to park a second vehicle or use valet must pay separately outside the building.



Pack 'n Play / Travel Crib
A Pack 'n Play (travel crib) is available upon request for an additional fee of $100. Please let us know at least one week before your arrival if you’d like it prepared for your stay.
You will be able to purchase this option through our guest portal.



Early Check-In:
While we cannot guarantee early check-in, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request if availability allows. A $100 early check-in fee applies and is subject to availability. Please confirm with us at least one day before your arrival.
Paid separately.



Late Check-Out:
Late check-out is available for $100 for two extra hours, subject to availability. Please confirm with us at least one day before your departure.
Paid separately.



Housekeeping During Stay:
Optional housekeeping is available for $220 + tax.
Must be booked by email via the resort. Front desk can assist with scheduling.

Smoking Policy:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit. A $500 fine applies for violations.



Doors & Windows:
Please keep all doors and windows closed to ensure proper AC performance and prevent humidity damage to the unit and furniture.



Local Environment:
Miami’s tropical climate can occasionally bring insects. The unit is professionally treated, and keeping doors closed helps minimize any intrusion.



Property Access for Showings:
We kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice for any scheduled property showings. This allows our realtor to present the home to potential buyers while coordinating a time that is convenient for you.
