You’ll have full, exclusive access to the condo and shared access to the communal amenities at the complex.

Valet parking is available on-site for a fee, and additional public parking options are within walking distance. Public transportation is also easily accessible for exploring the city.

- Downtown Miami is experiencing significant growth, so minor construction inconveniences may be expected.

- Due to building regulations, food delivery services (such as Uber Eats, Rappi, etc.) are not allowed to go up to the apartment. Guests must meet their delivery at the front desk or building entrance



Extra Fees



Mandatory Resort Fee: $35 per night (required, paid at check-in).

- This fee is charged directly by The Gale Hotel at the front desk upon arrival and is not included in your booking total. The resort fee provides access to all The Gale Hotel premium amenities, including pools, fitness center, yoga studio, pool bar, dining, and lounges.

- Valet parking onsite (additional cost)

- Cleaning service available for additional fee

- Pack 'n Play cribs available for extra fee (subject to availability)

- You’re welcome to receive packages during your stay at Natiivo. The building will hold them for you at a $5 daily fee. Please note this is fully managed by the building and not by Lua Host, so we do recommend avoiding deliveries when possible. If you do need something sent, this option is available.



Booking Requirements

- You must be 21+ years old to book

- Official ID required at check-in

- You'll sign a rental agreement after booking

- Security deposit may be required, depending on your booking platform (fully refunded after checkout when all terms are met)



Check-in Information

- Please confirm your exact arrival time to avoid delays (super important!)

- Check-in is in person at the front desk with our on-site team.

- Present your ID and sign a registration form.

- Late Check-in Fees: After 11pm: $50 extra | More than 30 minutes late: $35 extra



Services & Amenities

- Basic toiletries are provided but not replenished

- Food delivery must be received at the designated area by the front desk

- Spa services and restaurant dining are not included

- Security cameras in outdoor areas



Guest Policy

- Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed

- Visitors must be greeted and registered by the main guest

- The front desk won't let in unidentified people



What's Not Allowed

- No smoking inside ($300 fine + $100 cleaning fee)

- No drugs or illegal activities (same fines apply)

- No parties or loud noise after 10pm

- No pets (sorry!)
