This is a smoke-free unit. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property and on the balcony. A $250 fine will be charged for any violations.
No Parties or Events:

We kindly ask that you respect our neighbors. Loud music, parties, and events are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Occupancy Limits:

Maximum of [insert number] guests allowed. No unregistered guests or visitors are permitted to stay overnight.
Pets:

Pets are not allowed in the unit. Please contact us if you have service animals, and we will be happy to accommodate.
Care of the Property:

Please dispose of trash in the designated trash chute or area. Do not leave trash in the hallway or common areas.

Please be mindful of noise levels, especially in the hallways and common areas. We want to ensure a comfortable environment for everyone in the building.

There is also a $35 resort fee per night on all bookings. This fee is paid to the building and we as the operator do not charge or receive any part of that fee.
