Important Notice: Please be aware that the building is performing scheduled exterior maintenance and painting through mid-February, with completion expected by March 31, 2026. Some daytime construction noise may occur during this period. The work is managed by the building.

!IMPORTANT!

•⁠ Upon check-in the guests will have to pay the following fees: (Fees mentioned below have been provided by the resort and subject to change without prior notice):

•⁠ At the front desk, guests must pay $135 plus 7% tax fee per accommodation per night (up to 2 people over 12 year old) and $67.50 for each additional adult.

•⁠ Valet parking is offered for $60 per night, with oversized vehicles at $75 per night. Visitor valet service is available for $30 daily. Please note: garage can accommodate no larger than an SUV-sized vehicle. Trucks not permitted due to limited space. The resort does not offer self-parking.

•⁠ Please note: The resort manages these rates, and they may update them without immediate reflection on our listing.

•⁠ Planet Kids service has a fee of $65 per child per day or $40 half a day per child.

• A Pack 'n Play (travel crib) is available upon request for an additional fee of $100. Please let us know at least one week before your arrival if you’d like it prepared for your stay.

• Optional housekeeping is available for $100 + tax.

• While we cannot guarantee early check-in, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request if availability allows. A $80 early check-in fee applies and is subject to availability. Please confirm with us at least one day before your arrival.

• Late check-out is available for $80 for two extra hours, subject to availability. Please confirm with us at least one day before your departure.

•⁠ Need extra towels? We offer an optional set for $35, which includes: 4 body towels, 2 face towels, 1 hand towel. Contact us to arrange this add-on for your stay!

•⁠ Please note that the air conditioning in the unit is designed to automatically shut off when the windows are opened.

•⁠ Credit cards used at the time of booking must be presented upon check-in; if the credit card used for deposit at the time of booking is not available, the amount for the entire stay (including deposit) will be placed onto the new card. The ID of the credit card holder will be verified at the time of check-in.

•⁠ The hotel requires that all guests staying in the hotel room to be registered by name to be granted Access of the exclusive use of our Pool & Beach Facilities.

•⁠ The pool and beach facilities are for the exclusive use of the registered guests, no outside visitors will be permitted unless they have purchased a day pass through.

•⁠ Kindly note: the unit offers sufficient amenities for a short-term stay, and we encourage you to discover nearby supermarkets, shops, and plazas to replenish any additional items according to your preferences, taste and needs.

•⁠ Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property as well as on balconies or backyards and front yards of houses (if applicable). To maintain a smoke-free environment, we enforce a strict no-smoking policy. Any violation of this policy will result in a penalty of $500.
