This was, without a doubt, the worst experience of my life.This happened on my wedding day. I arrived at the location at exactly 4:00 PM and had never received any check-in details. After reaching out, I was told that my reservation had never been approved—despite the fact that it had been booked and confirmed through the app a week in advance.The host then tried to relocate us to another property, claiming it was bigger and more expensive. However, when we arrived, it was actually smaller and had far fewer amenities than what we originally booked.Both the host and the owner were present. As soon as they saw that children were with us (it was a family gathering), the owner refused to rent the property, saying she would not rent her house for the amount, that her furniture was too expensive, and that children always cause problems. It was clear they had no real intention of honoring the reservation.All of this was happening while my guests were already on their way—many traveling over an hour—with food prepared for the event. On one of the most important days of my life, everything fell apart because of their lack of professionalism and accountability.When we mentioned that we would be leaving a negative review, the host’s attitude completely changed. We were aggressively told to leave the property and were literally kicked out.This situation was unacceptable, unprofessional, and incredibly upsetting.
