Property is outdated and needs some repair and cleaning if you are handicap i don't regement it because of trip hastert and becarful with children I did not see pool safety. How all we like it host was friendly.

This is a lovely private estate guest house. Owners live in a separate house on the estate. Lovely hacienda style home with tile and paneling. Reminds me of old Mexico. Full kitchen with remarkably responsive electric burners. Large clean pool, larger than many hotel polls. Plenty of books and videos to peruse. Large bedroom with comfortable bed. Plenty of closet and drawer space. Rebecca, the host, is lovely. I had plenty of Privacy and felt very comfortable walking in the neighborhood. Location is private and quiet, yet close to Dade Mall, etc. I didn't have a car and managed fine. And a car would help

The place was way better that expected, it was very clean, it had all the features needed in every room, from hair dryer, garage control, blankets, full kitchen and much more, And most important, home felt privacy. I’m definitely booking this place for our next trip to Miami. Thank you guys.

Our last 2 days of holiday spent here - we only booked it because the place got many 10's and excellent reviews ??? we wanted peace sun and a pool and close to the airport The place could be very nice if everyting was updated- couldnt use the pool ( they started cleaning the pool just after we arrived - clorine all over - termites in the room - had to clean the floor when we arrived - never again - sorry - the people we saw on the proberty where nice - but we just wanted to leave the place

No WiFi or Tv for 4 of the 5 days. Minimum (once or 2 times a day ) communication. The unit is dirty with there being an alarming amount of mold in the shower and bathroom . See photos … I had testing done in case they avoided Travelocity and myself.. Unprofessional and rude

The host Rebecca and family were very nice and welcoming. When we did get a hold of her she was helpful. It was difficult to communicate with different phone #’s. Thankfully they lived on property. We were able to get into the gate after I rang the doorbell on the main house and Rebecca got the side gate open and brought us into the house. The next morning we noticed there was no electric coffee pot which we expected. Later in the day I ran into host and told her, she brought over her personal coffee pot. There was a loud humming noise in the unit the entire time. She said it was the pool pump and would go off at 6pm. Never did. The unit was cute and very spacious. Really needs a complete overhaul. Clean but overall very worn. Lots of mold, tile floors need deep cleaning. The beds including the sofa bed were very comfortable and clean. Large pool was very nice and clean. Leaving was a 1/2 hr issue. I was unable to speak with any one. Even went to back door and rang bell. No answer. We couldn’t leave the property like instructed since the side gate would close before I could return the keys inside on table. After numerous tries to do as instructed I finally gave up since we had plans and were now running late. I placed the keys and fob on the box to open the front gate and took a picture and sent in email to property. This was 10am when we were finally able to leave. If you have and questions please let me know. I’m happy to answer them. debbie

Woke up with the bed covered in termite poop coming from a vent above the bed. Emailed the owners, got no response. 2nd day there I discovered the kitchen counter and sink covered in bugs and emailed them again, I received a text from who I believe is the property manager (Liza Imbert) stating that they’d like to move me to one of their other units which I agreed to because I could not see myself sleeping in a bed covered in feces for the rest of my stay. The unit was actually a hotel (said to be 4 star hotel, it wasn’t) I was told I would be in one room for 2 days then have to move to another or back to La Finca after it was done being fumigated. I explained to Liza that the main reasons I chose to stay at the La Finca property was privacy and access to a full kitchen to cook my own meals; Im on a strict diet and did not budget buying each meal from a restaurant. Liza tells me that unfortunately La Finca studio will not be available to go back to and she will try to find other accommodations for me, that fell flat with no option other than to stay in a 3rd unit at the hotel which was disappointing which I expressed to her and brought up finding my own accommodation, she said if I chose to do that I would be refunded for the rest of the days which I aggravatingly agreed to. The refund was never sent so I texted her later saying I will go through Expedia. Expedia ended up refunding much less than agreed. All in all stressful bad experience which but a damper on my vacation

Bom local - Comunicação péssima

Bom lugar, mas checkin complicado porque não fica ninguém no lugar. Não tem whatsapp. O e-mail ou não respondem ou demoram horas. No telefone, a atendente não conseguiu resolver nada. No checkout, pedimos a possibilidade de sair apenas 2 horas depois. Nenhuma resposta. Você chega no local, não tem ninguém, dois carros estão parados em frente da casa que você alugou. Tudo muito esquisito. O local (casa menor) é até confortável, boa cama, ar condicionado e internet funcionam bem. Mas precisa de manutenção. O fogão funciona, mas é bem velho. O exaustor não funciona. Vem normalmente um cheiro horrível do banheiro. A porta do box do banheiro não fica fechada direito e o chuveiro tem um aspecto ruim. Se não estiver de carro, não aluguel de jeito algum. Não fosse pela comunicação péssima, poderíamos até relevar alguns problemas. No geral, não vale a pena.

Highly recommend staying here! Not far from popular attractions, and at a great price. Also, we woke up to fresh picked mangos at the front door from the owner. We definitely plan to stay here again next time we visit Miami.

For the money, it was great! It's vintage in an just an o.k. way - could use updating - but then it would be much more expensive to stay there. When booking, and looking at the pics provided, it wasn't clear to me where exactly we would be staying. So you know, there is a main residence where owners live, and 2 rental units. We stayed in the rental attached to the garage which was fine. The other rental is the "pool house". The bathroom in our unit was VERY SMALL - and the cover to the toilet seat was missing - which could have been used to hold a travel bag when getting ready, so that was annoying. It was nice having the pool to ourselves after we skimmed the top from tree debris. We sat at a table and played cards in the shade poolside, and relaxed in the chase lounge chairs. The location is right off the expressway which was convenient. Lots of traffic everywhere, so be aware of that, but the location was in the middle of many excursions within 30 - 45 minutes. Again for the price it was very good, and we had more money to spend having fun!

I really enjoyed my stay here. The property is beautiful and peaceful. Very comfortable! Only 20 min from the airport and major highways. Would definitely stay here again!
