Our two-bedroom/two-bathroom suite is perfect for you and your family or friends. From the balconies you can see the Intracoastal Waterway, or the Atlantic Ocean or the downtown skyline. We don't want you to worry about anything but your vacation, so the apartment is fully equipped with towels and bed sheets. The spacious place also provides a fully prepared kitchen, a washer/dryer and comfy living room.

Nice place to stay!!

Nice place to stay, great beach view. Lots of security on the property which was nice. Check in process is LENGTHY so be prepared to wait a bit. Overall great place to vacation!!

Beautiful location but......

Great condo right on the beach but they need more staff. Lines to check in, lines for the elevators, lines for chairs at the beach, lines for the valet.

problems with Broken Toilet

We reported a broken ,non functional toilet ensuite on day 1 We left the condo without it getting fixed . We stayed waiting for maintenance -3 days for workmen - yesterday they spent 6 hours IN our space while the toilet was removed . As my husband is disabled -a toilet ensuite was an absolute need p

Great Property / Working Out Details Though

Great apartment with beautiful pool and right on the beach. Restaurants on cite are very good. Fairly new property—so management is working out some details. >Elevators are very slow during peak times. >Air conditioner in unit failed the last night. We were instructed the next morning on how to fix—should have advised of us the procedure beforehand. All in all a great experience.

Luxury abounds

The condo and patio were great. Appliances fantastic. The pool area was comfortable and made you feel like you were oceanfront without the sand. The beach could not accommodate all the clients who were present at the resort. Elevators were not all in service which lessened our convenience with high wait times

beautiful apartment, pool service, not good

The condo is absolutely beautiful with amazing views, and management was very helpful. As far as the rest of the resort, the bar at the pool, and restaurant were way over priced and the service was horrible. Beach service was also subpar, especially when paying $25 per day and $10 each for extra chairs. So great room, no so great resort.

Fantastic apartment with spectacular views and super services

This apartment was really super and it fulfilled all the expectations we had based on the pictures and introductions. Very nice rooms, good kitchen (although not that big) and very good condition. Only reasons for not reaching 5 stars were the lack of cooking utensils (there should be more) and poor cleaning before our arrival (we found e.g. something under the bead that you would not want to find). Also the bed in the living room wasn't that good and took very much space when opened so I would not recommend this apartment for more than 4 persons although it's quite spacious. All-in-all super apartment in a super building with super amenities.

Spring Break 2018 - Overall GREAT !! See details -

Great location (south beach 45 minute drive). Unit has great views of ocean / Miami / intracoastal Waterways, etc. Ocean view is partial (not straight on) but really nice. Direct sunrise isn't possible to see. Balcony is amazingly large and covers both bedrooms and living areas. Building is modern and clean with great amenities as advertised. Unit was ready 2 hours late and no accommodation offered for delay (come on, buy us a drink or show you care). Building has centralized valet ($35/day) and front desk. Room service used 1 time for dessert and it was botched. The bellman will take up groceries for you. The Jap restaurant (ETARU) next door is amazing. Ocean was crowded with way too many chairs which they shouldn't crowd the space if people aren't in them. Living area of unit was nice but needed decorations as there weren't any. Appliances were all upgraded and functional including a W/D in unit. Pool was nice with a real diverse crowd of families, couples and professional people. NOT a party pool at all with good food/drink service. POOR: The elevator situation was poor with numerous and timely delays. One employee told me that there were 2 out of order leaving only 2 functional for a crazy amount of people. Certainly a point of stress for many in the building. Housekeeping - there was none for an extra cleaning / shampoo, etc. Bottom line - very enjoyable and I'd stay there again -

Condo unit is lovely but building less so

The condo unit is bright and very nice as it is a corner unit. It has a long wrap balcony. The building is very large, does not have enough elevators and you must valet park your car. Room service and restaurant service was terrible. Had to wait well over 90 minutes, went down to inquire are they did not answer phone and several other guests were complaint of Sam problem.
