ICON ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS
As a guest, you will have access to the gym, pool, and SPA. If you would like to use these amenities, please make a reservation.
Administration Hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and Saturdays from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.

CHECK IN
Check-in is from 4:00 pm, at the front desk.
Upon arrival you will need to register ALL guests who will be staying at our property. Please provide a photo ID on the same day you book, as well as a photo of the guests who will be staying with you. Even if you already verified your ID through Airbnb, we will need a copy as well.
**If we do not receive this information prior to your arrival, we will not be responsible for the cancellation of your reservation, as the building will NOT allow access to unregistered guests.**

HOST:
Per ICON regulations, a host will accompany you after registration and take you to the Apartment. This service has a fee that must be paid upon arrival in CASH only (must be paid directly to our host)
Host service costs according to your arrival time:
USD$20 from 3 pm - 10 pm
USD$40 from 10 pm - 12 am
USD$50 from 12 am - 2 am
Early check-in is subject to availability, if authorized the host fee is: USD$30 before 3 pm.
If you arrive to check-in outside of these hours, you will have to wait until the next day to check-in and use the services.

PARKING SERVICE
ICON has VALET PARKING with the following costs:
0-1 hour USD$ 13.00
1-4 hours USD$ 24.00
4-10 hours USD$ 30.00
10-24 hours USD$ 50.00
Plus a $2 tip fee
Lost ticket: USD$ 50.00 in addition to the time the car has been in the lot
NO PRIVILEGE ENTRANCE/EXIT ALLOWED
NOTE: Valet parking will only accommodate regular-sized vehicles. If you believe your vehicle is larger than the standard-sized car, please contact us prior to booking.

HOUSE RULES:
• Upon arrival, we will provide you with towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper, small shampoo, and soap.
• Since the apartment is private, replenishment of these items is not provided.
• The apartment is not equipped with a heating system.
• This is a non-smoking apartment only. Violation of this rule will result in a $300 fine.
• We do not provide washcloths.
• Keep household items inside the house.
• Please turn off the air conditioning when leaving the house.
• Bath towels: $15 each
• Sheets/duvet sets: $50 each
• Bed blankets: $60 each
• Loss of REMOTE CONTROL: $100
• Loss of access cards (FOB): $100 (this is what the Building charges to replace them).
• Additional costs may also apply for items such as furniture, appliances, and kitchen items.
NOTE: An additional cleaning fee will apply if the property is left in very poor condition.

This house has been carefully equipped for your comfort. Please try to be cautious and careful. Enjoy your stay!

ICON RULES:
Please note that failure to comply with these rules may result in a fine of up to USD$100.00, which the guest must pay.
WASTE
• Trash rooms are located next to units ending in 01, example 1601.
• Trash bags must be thrown into the trash chute and no bags should be left on the floor.
• Boxes and bottles must be taken to the ground floor.
NOISE
• No noise should be heard in the hallways and common areas between 10 PM and 8 AM.
DRESS CODE
• Shirts and/or cover-ups are required in all common areas. No bare feet in common areas.
BALCONY
• Under no circumstances should any items be thrown off the balcony. No items should be hung on the balcony railing. Fireworks are not permitted.
SMOKING FREE SPACE
• Smoking is not permitted, it carries a fine of USD$300.
NOTE: If you experience any inconvenience, please let us know as soon as possible.
PACKAGES
• Packages (Amazon, eBay, Best Buy, etc.) are not permitted to be sent to the property address.

CHECK OUT
Check-out is at 11:00 AM.
If you need to request a late check-out, please contact us 24 hours in advance and we will arrange it if possible. Late check-out has an additional cost of USD$50 until 1:00 PM, which is the latest late check-out time.
**If we have guests arriving the same day as you are leaving, we CANNOT accommodate a late check-out. Failure to comply with the check-out time will result in a charge equivalent to one extra night.**
