Loved the excellent services I received from all the staff, especially the front desk. On departure day, our flight was not until late that evening, nevertheless they offered use of Hotel and ground facilities at no additional cost. When on a budget, that is the sort of service that is so valued, especially when travelling with two teenage girls.
Loved the location and close proximity to the beach, just across the street. They are very helpful with beach towels as well.
The rooms were very comfortable and well appointed, with great washrooms. The girls really loved that.
Hotel Croydon has a great onsite restaurant, The Tavern, with a great menu that will not break your budget. We had dinner there 4 times, and the waiters were the best. It offers live music, which is a definite plus. That Restaurant is always full, which says it all really.
The housekeeping staff was also very warm and accommodating. The gentleman who helped with the suitcases, etc., was extremely polite and generous with his time.
I cannot say enough about this lovely Boutique Hotel.
Thanks to everyone there who helped make our stay in Miami a very memorable one.
