A home away from home! Private, newly remodeled, and beautifully decorated home with a relaxing backyard. It is conveniently located in the most central location of Miami, making the drive to all the popular places in Miami an average of 10-15 minutes (Ex. beach, Wynwood, Aventura mall, restaurants, ocean drive, downtown, design district). Smart TV. Free Wifi. Full kitchen with pots, utensils & fridge. Bbq, beach necessities, and much more. Free parking on site!

It's the perfect retreat yet only steps from Biscayne Boulevard and minutes to Bal Harbor Shops, Aventura Mall, Downtown Miami, and 15-20 minutes to Miami Beach! Whole Foods is just around the corner. A great central location!

House Rules
Please treat our home as if it were your own. A lot of love and care went into making it very special. Please be mindful and respectful of our neighbors. My home is now yours throughout your stay so please take good care of it. • NO SMOKING INSIDE. • No extra guest without approval. • No Parties, No large gatherings. • No Pets. • Do not leave exterior doors open as it can break the air conditioning. • Do Not take or remove ANY items from home or yard. • Do Not damage or misuse furniture. Damages will be taken from your deposit. The trash bin is located to the right of the house just behind the gate. No baby wipes, cotton, pads, tampons, paper towels, or paper flushed in the toilet. TOILET PAPER ONLY. • Please keep lights off when the room or house is not in use.

Guest, please understand that Miami is located in a tropical climate and that insects and lizards flourish in this environment. If doors are not kept closed, small visitors can enter. Although Owner will use its best efforts to hold to a minimum your interaction with these pests during your stay, guests must understand that any contact with such a pest within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.

Wedding relax

It was so nice to have a place to relax away from the wedding chaos. The backyard was my favorite part. The beds were very comfortable.

Clean and luxurious stay…

Well maintained, clean , spacious and luxurious interior. Good for family and friends. We had a comfortable stay and friendly owner. We enjoyed our stay and will rent this house again if possible.

We had 9 people and there was more than enough room for everyone! It was very neat and clean and Rita was always very quick to respond to any questions. The area was also really convenient to walk to restaurants in the area and Ubers were really good prices for going out in Fort Lauderdale and Miami.

Great North central location

The property is in a great location to be your home base. You can go to sporting events, the beach, or shopping all within a short amount of time. Very friendly and responsive owner.

Amazing stay Rita was great

Love the place had beautiful furniture and beautiful backyard. 4 bedrooms And we comfortably fit 8. Highly recommend. Rita was so nice and caring.

Maintenance/communication not great. We locked an additional lock on front door and were locked out of unit for over 2 1/2 hours. 1 hour to respond and 1 hour before being notified it was resolved. This lock should be de-activated or at least addressed in instructions. Unit in general was clean. However, there were small live bugs crawling all over the stovetop(not too clear in photo). Small items: sleeps 10 but only 5 mugs in unit and no baking sheets. List of shops nearby and things to do was very helpful.

North Miami Stay

Rita was very friendly and easy to work with and made sure we had everything we needed. She was responsive to the few questions we had while we were there. We enjoyed our stay but there were a few things that would have made it just that much better. The neighborhood the home is in was okay....convenient to most everything we wanted to do. The home was clean but it was lacking just a few things that really would have made it just perfect. There were no towel bars in either of the two bathrooms so everytime you showered or just washed your hands/face you had to hang the towel on a door knob or over the rods in the closet. There were also no dressers or chests of drawers in any of the rooms so there was no where to unpack or place anything from your suitcase. We don't typically totally unpack into drawers, but you couldn't even pull a few things out and put them on a dresser cause there weren't any. And probably the biggest thing to us is that the kitchen area that is part of the main living area needs window treatments. There is a giant patio door and a kitchen window that face an apartment building which is directly behind the home....we felt like we were in a fishbowl the first night there so headed to Home Depot the next morning to get cheap paper shades that we put up for the remainder of our stay and just removed when we left. The lock on the patio door in the kitchen and the patio door in the bedroom were broke so I hope those get fixed. Rita did have a wood bar in the track of both patio doors which would have made it very difficult for someone to get the door open, but again working locks should be a given. All in all we did enjoy our stay in the home - just a few things worth noting that would have made this place just perfect!
