- Damage waiver for reservation per company policy is USD $99 listed in platform when possible.

- Hotel will take a deposit hold on a credit card for incidentals. It will be released upon check-out and may take between 3-5 business days to return to your card.

- In the rare event the original unit requires maintenance, Zen Vacation Rentals may reassign your booking to an equal or higher-category unit at no extra cost—always ensuring the quality of your stay.
