Located in the beautiful and prestigious city of Sunny Isles Beach half way between Miami and Fort-Lauderdale fully furnished and equipped: beach chair, umbrella, beach cart, cooler, etc.… Unlimited long distance call to the US and Canada, free WiFi, cable TV, non-smoking, no pets, 1 parking space in a garage included. Nice quiet location

The pictures do not do justice. This is a beautiful condo..the owner is very good about communication and Gorge is amazing. The balcony has a great view of the bay. I read what others had wrote about the parking space and rented a compact car. Pretty much the only way to get in that spot is to back in so I was able to perfect my parking skills ;) When you get there do not forget to go to the office and pay for your parking permit. The lady is very nice and offered recommendations of things to do with my son while we were there. There is a nice pool area with gas grills and tables to eat at. The beds are firm and the pillows are even more so you may want to bring softer pillows if that's not your thing. A few things that would have made our stay a little better would have been a few more towels so we didn't have to do laundry, cleaning products, more than one garbage bags for a week stay, pens and paper, and some type of board games. Thank you for sharing your place with us!

Perfect place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo! It was clean, everything worked, we had everything we needed for a care free vacation. Beautiful beach was just 10 minutes away, we walked pretty much everywhere. Jorge is very pleasant to work with! Check in and out was a breeze. I would highly recommend this property and definitely would stay again! Thank you so much!

Beautiful condo and area

Many of the other reviews are accurate. Jorge was a pleasure to work with and check-in was fast, easy and informative. The condo is located in an amazing and very very rich area. We loved seeing all the amazing cars. Beds were firm, but we like them that way. TV was easy to navigate and had good channels. The view out the back was beautiful. Parking garage was a little tight, but felt safe and wasn't a big deal.. backing in was easier. Pool and hot tub not open past dark, but this isn't our hosts fault - it's the condo rules. Overall, 5 out 5 stars for us and we'll return.

Great Getaway

This is an outstanding property. Clean, well-organized, modern, and the location provides convenient access if you plan to get about. Grounds are well maintained. The building is walking distance from everything you will need for your stay, restaurants, grocery stores, drug stores, and the beach are all within 3 blocks. The neighborhood itself is quiet and you don't realize how close you are to everything. The view is inspiring. From the living and bedroom, you overlook an intracoastal bay and your quiet time can be spent watching various yachts and boats go by while you eat your meal on the ample sized balcony. There is a parking space that is included, and it will accommodate an intermediate size car, but the fit is snug. I rate the place highly rating including the professionalism of the host. Experience could not have been better for me.

Great place, might not be brilliant for larger groups

Check-in with Jorge was excellent, he did a great job explaining everything available to us and how to navigate the building. As other reviews have said, parking is extremely tight between a wall and concrete pillar, so rent a small car (especially helps if you have the side and front facing camera views). I like to cook a lot, so it would have been nice to have some small things like salt and pepper, or coffee, but the kitchen was well set up other than that. Only other thing I would mention is that the couches and beds are uncomfortable, and the hot water runs out quick so make your showers fast!

Beautiful views, close to beach and the rental had a caddy for the beach chairs and umbrella! The only down side was parking spot is tight so go with small car!

Great location!

The condo was on a quiet street just a few blocks from the beach, restaurants and shopping. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the boats! We had just about everything we needed, including everything for the beach. Christian answered e-mail questions quickly. George met us upon arrival and showed us the condo and explained how to get around. He is very knowledgeable about the area and so friendly. We will definitely recommend this to others!!

Our stay here was perfect.. the location was the absolute best.. And the view from the balcony was like no other.. this place has everything you need to be comfortable.. only tip I can give is if you need to rent a car get the smallest car available.. the parking spot is almost impossible to get in and out of..

Our experience at Christian's condo was amazing! Jorge was great, he helped us get checked in and was so nice! The location is perfect, and everything was clean! We will definitely be coming back on our next trip!

Great stay, great apartment, great host!

The property looks just like the photos. Roomy and well kept. The balcony overlooking the water is beautiful. The location can't be beat. About 4 blocks to the ocean and quick access to Biscayne Blvd and everything it offers. There was more than enough space for the 3 of us. The kitchen is fully stocked and there are a bunch of great extras provided such as beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a cooler, and a cart to haul it all in. The only negative things I can say about the rental is that the furniture isn't the most comfortable. The modern couches, like most modern furniture, is beautiful to look at but isn't very comfortable to sit on and the beds, while very supportive, are a little too hard for my taste. But for the amount of time one spends inside while in Miami, it's easy to overlook those small inconveniences. We spent 95% of our time at the apartment outside on the beautiful balcony overlooking the water. Also, the parking space they provide is secure and safe, but holy cow is that space tight. It's between a column and a wall and we actually had to have everybody but the driver exit the vehicle before parking and get in the vehicle after backing out of the space. Again, a minor inconvenience. Overall, a great place to camp while doing all things Miami and Ft. Lauderdale. I highly recommend this unit.

Place is nice but things could be improved.

let me start with a clarification: my review has two parts, one inherent strictly to the apartment and the other related to the property in general and our not great experience (that the owner could not foresee, I want to be clear on that). Communication with Christian was good, even though there were extra charges that I would have preferred to be aware of before finalizing the rental. Being a condo, there were many rules (it is kind of expected) but I would have liked to be aware of them beforehand, anyway. We arrived late at night and Jorge welcomed us. He was very nice and kind with us. As for the apartment, it is a nice and spacious apt. The view is great and it is equipped with the necessary for cooking (some ants showed up on the countertop). Unfortunately, we realized that the master bathroom has no door (which made the stay for 4 people a little inconvenient) and both bathrooms have no towel rack/holder of any kind (not a big issue, although a couple would help). The sofa is quite uncomfortable, just to say. Location is good, supermarket, restaurant and beach are at walking distance. As for the property, access is key fob controlled and there are video cameras everywhere. We were unlucky and spent the first 4 nights without sleeping because renters below us thought is was ok to have loud music, loud voice and smoking weed on the balcony until late at night (and in the morning). And still unfortunately, it was the weekend and the office was closed so we could not complain about it. We did it the Monday morning but the people below still had a wild night that same night that forced my husband to scream at them at 2am (we should have called the police at that point). Bottom line, we could not sleep for 4 nights until the people left. The office told us that we were not the only ones that had complained and asked for an email reporting all the infringements so to fine these people for each and every one (they should have compensated us for the 4 nights without sleep). On top of that, the pool was closed for a day and a 1/2 with no notice so we couldn't use it. Overall, communication with Christian was good, location is nice, the apartment is nice (definitely needs a door for the bathroom) but it's a condo, with many rules and the chance to not have nice and quiet neighbors that can affect your stay.

Great stay at Sunny Isle Beach

Our stay at Sunny Isle Beach condo was great! We were greeted by an amazing view and beautiful sunset. The condo is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. It had everything we needed-a well equipped kitchen, laundry, extra linens and towels and beach equipment. We were able to load the beach cart (chairs, umbrella, towels, toys and cooler are all provided) and walk a short distance to the beautiful beach. Christian, the owner, promptly addressed all our questions/concerns. Jorge, the property manager, was very accommodating and made check in/out very easy. Hope to return soon.

A hidden gem! Safely tucked away and close to everything!

The condo was very nice with beautiful Intracoastal views that are amazing! Jorge was fantastic! check-in and out was flawless and Jorge was always there to help with any questions or concerns I had. My second stay there... all the way from Orange County California!

My family had a wonderful stay at Christian's apartment. The layout was very comfortable for 4 people. Communication with owner was easy. Pool was really nice and the view from the balcony is gorgeous!
