KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully stocked and has a full line of new appliances (drip coffee maker included). The indoor dining area seats 2 at kitchen island and 4 at the dining table, and includes all the necessary dinnerware.

PRIVATE ROOFTOP: The highlight of the property is certainly the private rooftop. The rooftop is exclusively for your use--no one else in the building can access it. The rooftop , outdoor seating area, and a 2-person dining table. Enjoy panoramic views of Biscayne Bay and the Miami skyline as you lounge in style!

PARKING: Free and metered street parking are available on a first come, first serve basis.

WHAT'S INCLUDED?: free wifi, and smart TVS for your streaming apps like Netflix.

NOTE: The Rental Agreement applies to this listing. An email with a photo of the credit card used to book the reservation, along with a matching government-issued ID are required after signing the rental agreement. For guest and property protection, A/V surveillance is present at the entrances and exits. No surveillance is located inside the home. Instead of a refundable security deposit, the quote includes a one-time $39.99 Damage Waiver Fee that covers up to $500 in accidental damage.
