You can also enjoy using a convenient patio and private yard with grill and savor the Miami sunshine.

This property you are booking is an entire home in a spacious duplex house; two units arranged side-by-side.

**We are in a residential community and, although this is a vacation destination, there are neighbors. As such we ask that you respect their privacy and their right to a peaceful existence!

There is space to park 2 cars on the driveway. The home has a next unit; 2 more parking spaces are for that unit. The quiet hours are 10pm-8am. This is enforced to respect our neighbors.

The area's highlights?

Well, aside from being close the center of all attractions within Miami Desing District, a new enclave of shopping, dining, and entertainment, it's built around a magical Bodhi tree, with the tree's branches (speckled with hanging wood lanterns) extending throughout most of the complex, providing ample shade for a dozen or so shops and restaurants.
