Right on Miami Beach - Phenomenal views and access to all of Miami including spa, gift shop, concierge, and 24/7 front desk checkin . Direct beach access with beach umbrella and chairs available at additional cost .South Beach/ Lincoln Street is just a short cab drive away. Completely newly furnished condo with very comfortable beds and stylish furnishings . Balcony included to enjoy views and atmosphere of ocean . The balcony access is available and the place has views of the ocean . THE UPPER DECK POOL is ready and available for guest use. Guests now have access to two pools. The upper deck and the lower pool.
PARKING IS ONLY VALET - 35 dollars per day for week days ,40 for weekends and 175 weekly charge.Oversized vehicles charged $50 weekends and $45 weekends.BEACH SERVICE IS INDEPENDENT - guests need to pay 30 dollars for two chairs and one umbrella per day .
A pack and play is available at $30 but is subject to availability.The gym is available to guests the renovations are complete.

The hotel and room are quite nice in an excellent location. The room is very clean (spotless) and the mattresses of high quality. Kitchen is well equipped with large fridge, oven, and microwave. Pool area is lovely with excellent beach access. Most dining options are not within walking distance, but free trolley and UBER work well. The only minor complaint is elevator wait time as they get busy during checkout/check in time.

We had a fantastic time at the Alexander for Christmas. The Condo was exactly as described, and was very clean. You cannot beat the location and the amenities at the Alexander. I enjoyed using the gym, the pools and the hot tubs. It was a great experience and our host delivered for us.

wonderful getaway

We had never been to Miami and wanted a place to celebrate my daughter's birthday. We chose the mid beach location because it was less crowded but easy to get to the action. This was perfect. They have 2 very nice pools and the beautiful beach is right across the walkway. The staff The Alexander were very nice, the apartment had what we needed, beds were comfy. The owner is very responsive. I recommend!

Paradis

Familie på fem som hadde et fantastisk opphold hos Gunjan. Leiligheten er stor og romslig, noe som var veldig praktisk for fem voksne. Kjøkkenet er enkelt utstyrt men har alt man trenger. Det var fine soverom med utrolig gode senger og leiligheten er godt isolerert for bråk. Fellesområdene er kjempe fine med to basseng, enkel tilgang til strand, treningsrom som er mer oppdatert enn på bildene og mer. Det er litt avstand til diverse butikker men det går gratis buss flere ganger i timen rett utenfor, så dette var null problem. Verten var veldig fleksibel med utsjekk da flyet vårt gikk sent på kvelden, noe som var utrolig praktisk. Vi har hatt en fantastisk opphold og kommer veldig gjerne tilbake

Miami Beach Condo

Very nice unit on Miami Beach. Clean, spacious and well maintained. Photos were accurate and the owner was easy to communicate with and very welcoming. Great Miami Beach location with nice views of the ocean. While the unit itself was quite nice, the Alexander Hotel has some issues - bracelets (instead of keys) did not consistently work, pool often ran out of towels early in the day, the elevators are incredibly slow and insufficient for the number of floors/units - you could end up waiting 20 minutes (or more) for an elevator. Some common areas were not well maintained. The hotel seemed understaffed and those who do work there were not particularly friendly (except for the wait staff at the Tiki Bar, who were all terrific). The upper pool - which is very nice - is supposed to be for adults only but for some reason the only sign which states this is very small and hidden behind chairs. As a result, no one is aware of this rule, which was generally not enforced. Also, the building next door looks like it is condemned and is a terrible eyesore, with boarded up windows and a pool filled with debris. Obviously this is not the fault of the Alexander but it really detracts from sitting on the terrace if you are facing north.

Great space in a great location

The apartment is very spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The two separate rooms and bathrooms are perfect for groups who want to travel together but still have their own space. We had a medical emergency during our stay that required us to stay an extra day. Gunjan was very quick to respond and accommodating. The location in middle beach is beautiful and very convenient. The pools and beach were very clean with great service.

Spring break

Our stay was great and everything ran smoothly. The condo was clean and comfortable. The only problem was the loud construction going on at the next door property and the not so great view with it. The worst was the construction in the units around ours. It was incredibly loud with hammering and drilling starting in the morning throughout the day. Overall it will be a perfect condo after all of the construction.

Great time

We had a good stay, property is clean and access to the beach was nice. Only criticism is that the next door hotel is under renovation which was not an issue just an eye sore from view standpoint and some limited noise during work hours.

Beautiful apartment right on the beach

We spent a wonderful week in this apartment. The unit is sunny with a nice balcony, and it has a great couch for hanging around together. Both bedrooms are nicely sized and there was plenty of space for us and our two young adult kids. The building is nice and has really large and lovely pool areas. Best of all, it is right on the path that runs along Miami Beach and you can go for miles in either direction. Just across the path is the beach - perfect for easy trips to/from the beach. Highly recommend!

2nd Time Stay and More to Come

Love this condo right on Miami Beach. Amazing view. Clean condo. The best host! Gunjan is so responsive. And pleasant surprise this year with the new restaurant and new pool area. The restaurant was so yummy and sophisticated. It was pricey but perfect way to start our vacay given late arrival. We enjoyed the beach too. Took the free Trolly to South Beach for dinner. Wonderful open market which btw is supposed to return on 3/26 at the Lincoln Road Mall. Did our shopping at the local grocery store - Publix. Btw, Walgreens sells socks if you forget them. I did! And there is a small mini-market in next door condo building if you need some quick breakfast foods - eggs, bread, milk etc. Thank you Gunjan for such an amazing second experience. We will be back!

A perfect stay

I would definitely stay here again if I came back to Miami! Gorgeous and spacious, with a perfect location right on the beach. There are two pools, one adult only - my kids enjoyed the family friendly pool and the adult one looked like fun! Easy driving distance to South Beach. There is a place in the lobby where you can have breakfast if you don’t want to go shopping or eat out. Front desk very efficient and I enjoyed the set up where you can call your car through an app instead of having to go down to the valet desk and wait - with that our car was always waiting for us by the time we came down. The property manager was very responsive. I also loved that there was no lengthy check-out to do list. About the unit: There is a gorgeous balcony, both bedrooms are large and so is the living room, the beds are very comfortable and the showers have great water pressure. Honestly, a pleasure!

Nice Beach Location

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was very nice and had a view of the ocean and beach. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was very clean. There is a very nice boardwalk all along the beach. There is a great free trolley system that goes up and down the island. We found some good restaurants. Most we had to trolley or Uber to since there is not alot close by. Overall a great place to stay. Thanks.
