The master bedroom offers a king bed, and the living area includes a sofa bed (ideal for 2 children). We had a great weekend in Miami! The property has everything that you need, conveniently located, clean, friendly staff and so much more. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Fantastic new years week

Family had a great time at resort. Everything was clean, updated and felt very safe. Having chairs and umbrella provided was fantastic and VERY quick walk between the unit and beach (no streets to cross, just a bike path) meant our tweens had a lot of independence and flexibility to go between adults on the beach and adults in the room. Highly, highly recommend and looking forward to going back already!

Misrepresented the unit

I booked 11 nights at this resort not realizing that it was a timeshare. The photos online are of an ocean front 2 bedroom deluxe unit, we got a one bedroom, no balcony no view room. At check in, they told us they can move us to a one bedroom with a balcony. We were extremely disappointed. Also had much trouble with internet connection which is terrible on the property. The was amazing but I would like a credit for the first 3 days of my trip.

Unit not as pictured

We based our decision to stay here on the unit shown on website. The unit we got had no view, no sliding glass doors, no balcony. The windows in the unit faced another building and didn’t even open. Feel like we were scammed !

Reservation problem

We had 4 parties of my family reserve rooms. Three of them had issues with room dates . One of the arrived and had no room for 2 days. One family was told sorry the owner of the room sold the condo because of Covid. As a result you do not have a room after they booked airfare and the kids were packed to go. So they had to cancel the trip two days before it started

False advertisement

I have booked many times on Vrbo and the photos of the properties we always very accurate, but the photos of this property were a down right lie. The room was extremely small with no balcony and was facing another building,unlike the picture that showed a balcony, ocean views and a spacious living room. I would not recommend this renter because of the false information. 😝

Misrepresenting; terrible experience

The room was nothing like the pictures or descriptions, small ; dark ; dirty windows ;; no balcony; right before checking in we were notified we would have to vacate after the second day of our 4 nite stay!!!! Memorial Day weekend! We were kicked out !! No place to go . The agent said we’d get a refund for the two days; very little consolation considering there were no rooms available at any decent hotel. The agent was rude; dismissive and seemed to not care . Still waiting for the refund.
