Offering the perfect blend of tranquility and relaxation and vibrant, fun-filled surroundings, guests of the home will enjoy impeccably maintained grounds featuring a resort-style heated pool, state-of-the-art fitness center, and of course, a short walk to the sugar-white sands that Florida is well known for. The renowned Newport Fishing Pier is a leisurely stroll down the beach, one of the best places in the area to cast out a line and try your chances at catching that evening’s dinner. Set your sights even further and explore the area by foot or by car, stopping in at the eclectic options for dining and shopping along the way. Prefer to leave the car behind? Convenient public transportation is a safe way to get to your desired destination.

The home’s sophisticated interior has been meticulously curated with comfortable furnishings and elevated décor to take your getaway to the next level, with cool tile flooring providing relief from the heat. Sink into plush living room sofa seating while you queue up a movie or surf the channels during your downtime. A sliding door opens out onto the glass-rail balcony where you can sip on your morning coffee or an evening cocktail while overlooking the pool and tennis courts. Back inside, the open floorplan leads you straight to the modern kitchen showcasing stainless steel appliances, glossy countertops, and sleek cabinetry stocked with cookware and dining ware. Grab a high-top stool at the counter for 4 to nosh on a delicious spread of afternoon hors d’oeuvres while the bartender in your crew shakes and stirs up drinks at the dedicated bar area. The chic dining table, steps away, can seat up to 4 for more formal mealtimes.

This home comfortably sleeps 4 guests in a private bedroom with 2 luxurious queen size beds fitted with crisp linens and soft blankets for a great night’s sleep, along with a TV. The home’s full guest bathroom includes a shower/tub combo.

• Dedicated parking is available for one vehicle. When checking in at the front desk, guests will pay a $51.50 Resort Fee directly to the resort that will cover the cost of your required parking pass.
