This beautiful, cozy 3 bedroom home is truly a tropical vacation oasis. Fully renovated, new furnishings, stunning accents, and comfy new beds will ensure a comfortable and unforgettable stay. Located in a great family neighborhood, with plenty of restaurants and shopping centers nearby.

The space
Bedroom #1 - Bunk bed, TV, closet

Bedroom #3 (Master) - King bed, 60" TV, Dresser, Walk-in Closet

*All TVs have Roku TV. No cable. Guests can use their own streaming accounts (Netflix, Hulu, etc).

The bathroom has a toilet and shower, shared with the Master bedroom and house.

Living Space-Large comfy pull-out queen sofa bed with large 65"1 Roku TV. (No Cable)

Kitchen -The kitchen is fully stocked with stainless appliances and a Glass stovetop. Stocked with dishes, bakeware, pots/pans, and also spices, coffee, and creamers.

The dining table seats 6 guests

Laundry- Washer and dryer are available for guest use.

Outdoor - Soccer nets and lounge chairs. Dining table set.
The front of the house has a sitting area with a fire pit, x2 hammocks, a BBQ grill, and an above-ground pool.

We Love the BOHO House

We stayed here for almost a week, and enjoyed every minute! The location is convenient to everything in the area. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Our kids loved the pool, large fenced yard with the soccer nets and hammock swings. I also can not say enough good things about the property manager, Ray! He was immediately responsive, and went above and beyond to accommodate our evolving stay. I would definitely recommend this place and we would, without a doubt, stay here again!!

Good location between Lauderdale and MIA

Came for a guy's trip. Good location between Fort Lauderdale and Miami. Quiet and private for group to enjoy inside and out. Host had quick responses to questions

Property owner canceled on us 2 hours before check in.

I booked this place in June 11th for July 21st thru the 25th. Our event was July 22nd thru the 24th. We arrived to the area at July 21st around 10 am. I understood our check in was 4 pm. but i figured I'd go ahead and ask if we could check in early. I already had in mind that I'd have to pay an additional fee which I was ok with. I sent out 3 messaged thru the VRBO app and go no response. I figured this was odd so I called the number multiple times. The owners of the property called me back and said that the listing was suppose to be removed months ago. She then said she would call me back in an hour. I did not wish to wait so I called VRBO customer service. About 30 mins later I got a message on VRBO that I got a refund for my booking. I was highly upset and the owner texted me back we cannot accommodate you, you'll have to stay somewhere else. This is 2 hours before check in and we were 10 mins down the road at a mall. VRBO made a reservation for me and my 2 guy friends to stay at Hampton Inn. They only wanted to give me 1 room. I let the rep know that we are three grown adults and we would like our own bed. They said it was against their policy and couldn't help us with that. I went out of my way for comfort to pay for an additional room. We were then told by multiple reps that we would have 2 nights there. So first night I paid 200 and the second I paid 300. Meanwhile they would find us a comparable location with the same amenities we originally booked. A home with 5 beds, 2 baths, free parking, and a Jacuzzi tub or a pool. I figured the night of our last stay we would get an email to our new location. NO email that night or in the morning for check out. After 11 am we had no where to stay. My friends and I were technically on the street waiting for our next location. I was on the phone for HOURS trying to figure this out. Finally, I was sent an email with instructions to find a place and send them the expenses for reimbursement. I was HIGHLY upset. I paid for 2 rooms and the hotel held over 300$ of security deposits and now I'm having to book us another hotel with my own money. This was another 800$. Plus, I still haven't received the refund from the original place because it was the weekend. This was an absolute nightmare. I've been to a lot of vacations but this was by far the worst! VRBO never completed their promises. SCAM!
