Castle 1131 Oceanfront condo with ocean view beach, pool, bar, tennis, gym, free parking and gym!

This Studio Apartment is located on the 11th floor of the Castle Beach Club Condo and has a striking Ocean View! The condo offers many resort-like amenities; valet parking is INCLUDED, as well as access to the beach, a pool, and tennis court.
There is also a restaurant on site, tiki bar, convenience stores, the famous Turkish and Russian Baths as well as bike rental, travel agency and shops.

The studio apartment can fit up to 4 guests, with a king size bed and a queen size sofa bed. There is complementary WIFI access and cable TV.

The kitchen has the essentials to prepare breakfast or a quick meals, with a double hotplate, microwave, coffee-maker, toaster, fridge, dishes and kitchens utensils.

Extra linen, towels, pillows, beach towels, iron, 2 beach chairs and an umbrella are located in the closets.
The bathrooms includes hair dryer. We also provide amenities such as soaps, shampoos, conditioners, dish soaps, sponge, paper towels, toilet paper. (For longer stays you will need to replenish).

Housekeeping is done before and after your arrival.

Laundry is located on the lower level of the building. Laundry cards are for sale next to the security desk

This condo is located at 54th and Collins avenue, in a residential area of Miami Beach. It is about 5-10 min drive to South Beach, and 25 min drive to Miami Airport. The area is quiet and family-friendly.

Check in is anytime after 3PM and check out is anytime before 11AM. The security to register for parking is open 24h/day. The door is equipped with a digital lock and your personal code (with detailed arrival instructions) will be sent to you a few weeks before check-in. This property is pet friendly 25Lb max, contact us for pet security deposit ($150)

My husband and I really enjoy our stay!!!Place and picture was exactly like the pictures We look forward to staying again!!!Host was excellent... Have trouble with toilet and internet he came within 30mins and the problem was resolved!!! We was very pleased and satisfied with everything!!!

The view was spectacular! The pool was clean and the building was very well maintained. The bed and the pull out bed were comfy. The room was exactly as shown in the photos and there is free valet parking! Very close to shopping and restaurants. We will definitely love to come stay here again!

Was very upset to find out that the pool was closed due to an algae issue and asked if something could be done as to another condo or possible pass to another pool cause we couldnt swim in the ocean due to an sea salt allergy and the seaweed being so bad!! Was told they couldnt due anything that it was a building issue!!! The 2nd day we asked for another blanket to it not being deliver the next following day. The night before checkout we had no hot water so we couldnt shower!!! The toilet was constantly running later that night...was a nice condo but believed things cpukd been handled better and should been notified about the pool issue!!!

Worth it for the money!

The pros counteract the cons. This property stank of cigarette smoke but host promptly answered and put us in another unit that made up for it. The beach is superb in this area and the studio was equipped with everything we needed. Only one vehicle parking is free. Overall, the stay was very pleasant and the view and the beach are all we wanted and needed.

Not nice

The pictures doesn’t match with the real place. It’s not clean at all. I got sick the first night because of the dust in the fun. The bathroom looks more than 50 years old. Kitchen appliances also and so dirty. We phone and text the people that works for this business and it took hours to get us back. There was a complete finger mail on the room floor also fruits infer the kitchen cabinets. And by the way Why is an extra fee for VRBO?? Furnitures were turned and very old. The room tv is soooooo small that you couldn’t even read it. I’m sorry but I won’t recommend this place.

Ein etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel, Wohnung ok auch etwas alt, Küche war nur sehr notdürftig ausgestattet. Aber für die Lage gleich am Strand war es perfekt! Beim Checkin und Auto holen lassen bzw abgeben muss man zu Hauptzeiten Geduld mitbringen aber das in jedem größeren Hotel so haben wir gesehen. In der Zeit kann dafür die schönen Autos beobachten die vorbei fahren! Sonst waren alle immer sehr hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich!

rundown room with good location

It's a small room very poorly maintained, but they keep it clean given the circumstances. There's a strong mildewy smell which makes staying there not fun. For us it was just a place to put our head down and we spent no time there or in the facility so can't vouch for anything else. Despite the large crowds coming in and out throughout the day it was quiet at night time, which is reassuring if you have kids.

Decent value for the money

Great view of the water, but the room and amenities all need updating. Felt worn and a little tired. One restaurant in the hotel (nothing else near by) which wouldn't serve water (had to buy a bottle). Overpriced for mediocre food. Coffee at the mini mart was great.

Nice location and fair price. View was amazing. Really needs some upgrades. Definitely showing its age. Older TVs with no streaming services. The beds were comfortable. The property manager was easy to communicate with. The on site restaurant was not very well kept. But the tacos were amazing.

Great price, great stay.

Great stay. Unit as described with all you need for a family stay. Great view of the ocean and beach. Easy beach access. Unit is older but Miami can be expensive and this was a very affordable price plus FREE Parking was great… very rare in Miami. Manager was easy to access and very accommodating to our needs and a special request we had for a later checkout due to my daughter feeling ill. All in all, great price and location would stay again!
