THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE OR CLUB. Please be mindful of noise after 10pm.

Bedroom 1: Queen bedroom set for two with en suite spa-like bathroom, soaking Tub and walk in closet.

Bedroom 2: Queen bed, Private closet.

Bedroom 3: Two Twin Beds, Private Closet. This bedroom leads directly to the pool/ Patio.

Living Room: Sofa and Internet TV

Florida Room: Views to the pool

Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances so you don’t miss a meal. Pots, pans, plates, utensils & bakeware all available. Coffee machine, Toaster and blender also available.

Dining Room: Table for 6

Laundry Room: Full laundry room.

The Outdoor: Private Outdoor paradise with plenty of space to soak up the Florida sun! Private Pool and Lounge area.

No smoking allowed in property. ($500 fine for deep cleaning)
No parties allowed- this is a residential neighborhood.

Approximately 2 days worth of basic essentials will be provided. This includes towels, bed linen, toilet paper, paper towel and basic bath essentials. Extra pillows and bed covers will be provided when requested.
