On Beach - 3rd/Ocean - Direct Ocean View and Access - Pool

  • This is one of the few ocean facing apartments in this art deco building in SoFi. It's been completely renovated to reflect the beautiful light throughout the day, that starts with the sunrise. Furnishings are light and fresh; bedding and towels are high quality and comfortable.

    The beach is just out the back door, across the pool area, through a private walkway through the dunes. The condo is equipped with a Beach Club Card which allows you to receive two FREE beach chairs and one umbrella for free at Esteban's Place Beach Service (this is a $40.00 value per day anywhere else). The apartment includes beach towels. There is no service at Esteban's so either pack a cooler with your favorite drinks or hop over to The Savoy Beach Bar, just one block north for cocktails on the beach.

    The building just received some fresh paint, new artwork and some other repairs and renovations. It's well maintained and monitored. However, please keep in mind; it's a humble, low key art deco building of vacation rentals, not ultra luxury accomodations like the surrounding buildings and the area.

    More on the area, it doesn't get any better. Some notable hangouts are Nikki Beach Club, Carbone, Catch, Kissaki, Forte Dei Marmi, all within 3 blocks of walking distance. Boardwalk is right in the back of the building, parks and public spaces surround the whole area.

    For more casual options, just walk north on the boardwalk where you'll find a vibrant restaurant, bar and shopping scene.

    No parking garage in the building. A car is neither needed nor recommended but plenty of garages available in the area. Spot Hero app gets you the best options and rates. Uber is affordable and widely available.

Jason was great and gave excellent dining options. Debbie was great too! Cannot say enough about the view! So beautiful to look out the window and see the beautiful ocean. Unit was perfect with that view and access to the beach. Place is old Florida style but clean and safe.

Great spot on South Beach! The room was comfortable and the shower was nice. Jason was such an attentive host. We loved the beach access and walk-ability of the condo from all of South Beach stores, restaurants and waterways. Highly recommend for beach goers! Location and SoFi neighborhood is much less of the hustle and bustle further north on Miami Beach.

The host Jason was very friendly and attentive. He gave tips on everything nearby. The location is amazing! The condominium was very clean and the views are exactly as described. We felt safe walking around. I would definitely stay again and would recommend to others.

Girls trip to Miami

It was the perfect location with easy walks to shopping, restaurants, and beach access. The hosts were awesome with communication and recommendations. They are the hosts you want to book with. Would come back and stay with them again.

Was perfect location with a pool and on the beach. Close to shopping and Lyft was only 30 from the airport. Felt very safe!

Miami Girls trip

This property was absolute perfection! Our view from the room was gorgeous, and we were so close to the pool and the beach. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the place was absolutely spotless. One of my favorite vacations to date, and I have traveled a lot!

Perfect location, had a great time!

My husband and I enjoyed our time in Miami Beach. This property was perfect for us. We had a great view of the ocean and could walk to local restaurants and shopping. The property included chairs and umbrella service on the beach. The beach was beautiful and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Location

This was our 1st time staying at Miami Beach. This location is perfect and within walking distance to so many restaurants and shopping and much more. This unit was perfect for us and love it being right on the beach. The beach is absolutely beautiful! I highly recommend staying here. We will definitely stay here again.
