Beachfront condo, heated pool & amenities

Fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and small appliances. You can make your own meals here.
In the dining room we have a table and chairs to eat with the family, and in the living room a sofa bed y TV with cable.
In the bedroom there are two queen size beds, TV and storeage space.
Full bathroom with bathtub.
Air conditioning that you can regulate.
Beach chairs, umbrella, beach and pool towels.
Linen (sheets and towels) and coats for beds available.
For the little ones we have a high chair and a travel cot. The property allows up to 4 guests over the age of 14. There is no restriction on the number of younger children.
If you need anything else, just ask our host, who will be available throughout your stay.

Nice place

Overall place was nice, was hoping the beach outside condo was a little nicer, went down a few miles by boardwalk most days with better beach. The AC unit in building was out most of our trip and was a little warm/humid in the unit

Good, but could use some updates

Overall, the stay in this condo was pretty good. I was hoping the balcony had at least a partial beach view. Instead, it was a street/valet and parking lot view. The balcony was directly over the carport in the front entrance. A lot of coming and going, noise, and traffic on a very busy street.The furnishings were good, except the bedroom and bathroom. The mattresses badly need replaced. They are soft and no longer support. They were both “taco” beds, and we kept rolling to the center. The lamp shades also need replaced, both in bad repair. The bathroom drain did not drain well, and was missing its stopper. No ground fault in the bath room either. Bathroom lighting not great, either.It was a basic rental property, and did the job for the most part. We would stay in this complex again, but maybe not this particular unit.

Great Location

The property is as advertised. Perfect for a family of 5 ( 3 young children ) The location is great, with the beach right in the backyard. The owner and property manager were perfect. Communicated everything we needed!

A comfy apartment with good amenities. Lovely pool area right next to the beach. A good little cafe for snacks and sandwiches. Staff and guests polite and considerate.

Had a wonderful stay,was impressed with Covid protocols in place. The only recommendation is to provide more bath towels and more adult eating utensils. Would definitely come back!!!!

Good location, right on the beach. Unit was very clean, could use some normal wear and tear tlc. Pablo was very nice and helpful, took awhile to reply sometimes but he fixed the few small issues we had. I would recommend

Tides

Pablo met us at the property to walk us throught the check in process, which coild have been very frustrating without him. The unit was as adveritised. The livining area and kitchen were bright and cheerful. The bedroom was dark and gloomy and did not have enpough lights. The bedrom window and screen were dirty so I really didn't want to open the curtains if I didn't have to. We had problems with the tv and wifi and Pablo took care of right away. He also answered my texts right away. Overall, the unit was as shown and the price was reasonable. The building was on a beautiful stretch of beach. Did not use pool so can't comment but did look clean and maintained. Bonus was the cafe in basement of building. Had great salads and sandwiches which were reasonably priced and they deliver to the beach or apartment.

Great Location

I loved that we could get from our room to the pool in minutes. No long waiting lines for the elevators and quick access to things, especially if you forget something, as we all do. Pool chairs were limited but we brought the two from our condo and it worked just fine. The pool was never overcrowded as well. I really liked having the Enjoy Cafe nearby for a quick bite or drink too. Our property manager was very responsive as well. We would come back for sure.

Great stay!

The apartment was perfect for two o more people, beds very comfy and all you need to go to the beach and have a perfect stay. The location is great right on the beach. Check in and checkout process very easy and flexible. The kitchen well equipped with basic appliances and all what you need for cooking. We just needed to buy more toilet paper because just one roll was left in the apartment. Nothing else to add. We enjoyed very much our stay at Michel and Elianne place. Thanks to the hosts!
