Our building is currently in the final stages of renovations, but rest assured - all construction is now minimal and only takes place during standard work hours (Monday -Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM).

All the amenities you’re looking forward to - pool, beach access, gym, hot tub, and BBQ areas - are fully open and ready for you to enjoy throughout your stay.

Inside our unit, all updates are already complete with brand-new windows and refreshed balcony work. The only finishing touch left is the installation of the new glass railings, so for the time being, the balcony will remain closed for safety.

We’re excited to share that the building’s renovations are on track to be fully finished this year, ensuring an even more beautiful environment for future visits!
