This house may accommodate up to 12 guests. The newly installed wooden deck includes a large table with various seating arrangements for those who wish to host outside. If you are not in the mood to cook, you will find several gourmet restaurants in Brickell about 9 blocks away. In regards to parking, we have a carport for up to 2 cars and any additional cars may parallel park on the street for free. The surrounding area of Brickell encompasses various amazing restaurants, a fabulous shopping experience at the brand new Brickell City Centre, and many bars! The best roof-top bar in Miami, Sugar, is less than 10 minutes away. Mary Brickell village is great for a mid-day stroll and transforms into a lavish night scene for all ages! The Design District and Miami's fantastic art scene in Wynwood are both less than 20 minutes away. The Perez Art Museum is only 15 minutes away and is a must-see destination for families as well as art lovers! Iconic South Beach is less than 25 minutes away. This location is truly perfect for all of your Miami vacation destinations!
The property has a keyless combination lock of which the access code is provided once you have finalized your reservation.

The neighborhood is great because it's in a quiet residential area but there are restaurants and bars close by. South Beach is approximately 20-25 minutes away and downtown just 10-15 minutes.
The airport is 15 minutes away. My recommendation is rent a car or Uber/Lyft, free parking is included. There are also buses ( five minutes away walking) , some are free some are just 3 dollars the ride and they will take you around Miami. However the bus is not very fast so you are free to decide which one is your best transportation method.
Be respectful to neighbors, no loud music (particularly after 10 pm), any damage to the property must be reported immediately, no illicit activities, no smoking indoors. If any rules are broken the security deposit will not be returned.
