✹ GENERAL: The home is exclusively yours except for the locked storage closets—no interruption during your stay. So relax, unwind, and make yourself at home!

✹ COMPLIMENTARY ESSENTIALS: We provide guests with a starter pack of body wash, shampoo, conditioner, Laundry detergent, dishwasher tabs.

✹ PARKING: Guest is only permitted in the driveway, garage, or designated street parking areas. Vehicles are strictly prohibited from parking inside the backyard or grassy areas. Unauthorized backyard parking may result in a $500 violation fee due to property damage and city compliance regulations.

✹ WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed Wi-Fi available throughout the home.

✹ POOL FENCE: Do not remove the pool safety fence. It is required by Florida safety regulations. If the fence is removed, a $50 fee plus the full cost of reinstallation will be charged.

✹ Easy self-check-in is available via the keypad on the front door. Prior to check-in, you will receive a personalized code.

✹ POOL/SPA: Gas heating is available for an additional fee of $50/day. Please advise if you are interested in this additional amenity. We are not liable for pool weather conditions. Jacuzzi heats complimentary from 7 pm-10 pm; these times can be adjusted earlier for your preference. The pool and jacuzzi cannot heat at the same time at different temperatures.

✹ Please no trash or pool floaties with glitter. Leftover trash or glitter found in the pool will lead to a $100 charge for emergency filter cleaning. The pool sweeper must be kept in the pool. Please do not put small items in the pool as they can be caught inside the suction hose and you will be liable for damages to pool equipment.

✹ No parties allowed. Parties will be charged a fine of $500 on top of your booking fee and you will be asked to leave immediately- zero tolerance.

✹ No outdoor music after 10 pm. No loud noise at any time. Quiet time is from 10 pm-7 am. The property has outdoor noise monitoring detection and you will be alerted if this goes off at any time. No speakers with bass are allowed. Please respect our neighbors!

✹ Rental Agreement Required: All guests are required to review and sign the rental agreement prior to check-in. Please read the agreement carefully, as it contains important house rules, policies, and the security deposit amount and terms. By signing, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in the agreement.

✹ SECURITY DEPOSIT: A refundable deposit held to cover any accidental damage or missing items during your stay. It will be returned after checkout if there are no damages or missing items.

✹ Only guests on the reservation are permitted on the property unless prior consent is given by the host. The occupancy price is for 6. Guests over 6 are charged $25/day. This includes daytime visitors and any visitors on the property* No more than 10 adults allowed at any time, persons under the age of 3 do not count towards the occupancy limitation but do count towards the extra guest's fee.

✹ PROPANE: A propane tank for the BBQ grill is provided, please refill it at your discretion.

✹ Cameras: Located on the exterior of the home for your security. This is used to monitor when the house is vacant.

✹ IMPORTANT NOTE: Please note that this unit is in a residential area. Although it's typically a quiet environment, it's quite normal to hear occasional sounds from neighbors.
