Seacoast Suites is an oceanfront property located in mid Miami Beach, on Collins avenue between Indian Creek Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. We are minutes North from South Beach’s famed clubs & restaurants, and a couple of miles South from The Shoppes at Bal Harbour and Aventura Mall. However, the best part of this location is the beach front access, just a walk downstairs. Building amenities include: swimming pool, gym, spa(by appointment) and tikki bar open 7 days a week as well as restaurant open on weekends from 8am to 1pm. 2 Beach and pool chairs per suite are included based on availability .

Each unit comes with a kitchen including a dishwasher, oven and a microwave.

Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am .For any request like crib, early check-in/ late check out please contact Seacoast Suites.

Self parking is available for $30 daily on Site. Package storage fee $5

Great views, great location and easy check in.Scare amenities. Not enough towels, toilet paper or kitchen utensils. It was cool for a quick weekend stay would not recommend for long term. Overall, it was close to everything and helped us move through Miami with ease.

Ok stay.

We stayed at this property for spring break. When we checked in we didn’t have any washcloths. The front desk didn’t have access to any either. Housekeeping leaves at 3 but you cannot check in until 4. The drinks at the tiki bar are pricey and weren’t good. Overall the stay was ok.

Not sure if the property owner, have several units but it is not as displayed. The master room is dressed with double beds and the master is where secondary bed should be; Read the reviews they are pretty spot on with low ratings, as the charges for parking are well hidden (30 daily) while some people at front desk are very attentive, the towel exchange is an adventure and job itself, the information provided is limited (training) when asked about information everyone is confused, the playground displayed does not exist. And furniture is pretty beat up and uncomfortable. Be ready to hit the grocery store as you arrived, 2 wine glasses a few plates a few utensils no condiments ( not that they are obligated) the beach towel services people is rude and seem to go often in power trips.

Place and layout was nice but soon as we walked in our apartment a roach crawled across the living room table.. instantly pissed me off. I tell the front desk and they acted like they knew they had bugs. No apology no money off nothing. Then they switched our room and day 2 we find a bug in that room. The back of our bar chairs was nasty also. Didn’t even it to the pool because we were fed up w/the place. Also They only have 1 working elevator and gave me non working keys twice making me have to use the stairs before we even made it to the room. I have videos but it won’t let me upload them. I want my back. This stay was not it at All

Great location but super skimpy on supplies. Be prepared to only have 2 pots/3 spoons/tiny baths towels/ zero paper products etc.Excellent location, beautiful beach so that’s all that mattered to us!

Horrible place - price gouging

The property is disgusting. It smells and the stairwells are full of roaches. The room was not clean at all and there are very few dishes and flatware. Unless you bring your own cookware, you won’t be eating here. You’ll also want to pack some cleaning supplies to make the place habitable. Parking is an extra 30 a day and beach chairs are 15 dollars each for the day. The staff is rude. The room has no blankets so pack your own. I reached out to the property manager 3 times with no response. Overall horrible Vrbo - the worst Vrbo experience I have had by far. Highly do not recommend.

The pool and beach were great. The condo was the least equipped you'll ever find. 4 total glasses, no paper products other than toilet paper, no condiments, not even salt and pepper, one wooden spatula, etc. Dishwasher but no soap at all except bars in the bathrooms, no wineglasses or anything similar. Just annoying to hit the store miles away for everything you need.

North Miami Vacation

The unit was perfect for our group. Plenty of room, very clean. Anything we did not have, management got for us right away. (dishwashing detergent, toilet paper towels, etc). There is a washer and dryer available near the unit. We had some problems with the televisions, which were handled quickly. The parking spaces were kind of close together, but our SUV fit in fine. The pool area was very nice, but we spent most of our time on the beach, which was very easy to access from the unit. Also, they provided 1 towel for each person daily and 2 chairs for each unit, but you could pay for more, if needed. It was easy to get around from the unit we stayed in.

Great Location

The kitchen was lacking a few utensils and the bedroom doors are a bit noisy (a problem wit sleeping babies) but we still managed to have a pleasant stay. Overall everything was great.

Overall the property was ok. The pros: Plenty of room family. Good location off beach. Close to restaurants at other hotels. The cons: not enough kitchenware, elevator slow and could have been cleaner.

Its was an om stay. We had to buy everything we need for the kitchen and bath. If you plan to stay more than 1 night. Bring everything needed for the bathroom including toothpaste. Kitchen, bring everything including salt and pepper. Other than it was a great stay with a beautiful view. tooth

Frustrating but clean

The room itself was clean and exactly what we needed. But the WiFi was horrible and getting connected to it was a problem. It was extremely slow. Couldn’t get my laptop connected to it at all! We had to ask for blankets because there was not enough blankets to for all the beds we had in the room. There were additional fees for parking and a deposit for the room that were not disclosed in advance to us getting there. I had been communicating with the host to ask for early entrance even if it was to drop of our luggage being that we were coming from a cruise and NO one contacted us back in 8 hrs. We went to start the oven to cook and it smoked as well as the burners themselves. We were only staying 1 night so not a huge issue but if we were staying for longer the purpose of having a stove is to cook so you don’t need to buy meals every day and we would not have been able to do that.
