Seacoast Suites is an oceanfront property located in mid Miami Beach, on Collins avenue between Indian Creek Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. We are minutes North from South Beach’s famed clubs & restaurants, and a couple of miles South from The Shoppes at Bal Harbour and Aventura Mall. However, the best part of this location is the beach front access, just a walk downstairs. Building amenities include: swimming pool, gym, spa(by appointment) and tikki bar open 7 days a week as well as restaurant open on weekends from 8am to 1pm. 2 Beach and pool chairs per suite are included based on availability .

Each unit comes with a kitchen including a dishwasher, oven and a microwave.

Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am .For any request like crib, early check-in/ late check out please contact Seacoast Suites.

Self parking is available for $30 daily on Site. Package storage fee $5

This unit is not equipped for short stays. It literally had TWO drinking cups. Unit is older and not updated. The building is in a state of renovation, not yet complete. The building is on the beach but this unit looks over downtown Miami. It is not walking distance to much of anything so plan on Uber or a rental car.There is a small restaurant with limited hours. The pool area is nice.

We arrived early, checked in our luggage, and were told we could use the amenities. However, we were not given a key card, which resulted in us being locked out of the building and having to call for assistance. The staff member then confirmed that she had forgotten to provide us with a key.Once we were able to access the room, it was very dirty. It appeared to have been quickly cleaned just to look presentable at first glance, but the more we looked around, the more noticeable the dirt became. We were only provided with three towels and two washcloths. One of the washcloths had to be used on the floor because the toilet was leaking. Maintenance did come to fix the issue, but when we went to the front desk around 5:00 PM to request additional towels, we were told housekeeping had already left and there was nothing they could do. We were told we would have to wait until the following morning… even though we were checking out then.That left four people with only two towels and two washcloths. After my grandmother pressed the issue, security was eventually able to locate two additional towels and washcloths for us.When we checked out the next morning, the front desk attendant appeared annoyed, barely looked up from her phone, and did not stand or acknowledge us in a welcoming manner. She came across as very unapproachable and made us feel like an inconvenience.Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. I will not be staying at this facility again.

Poor communication on check in process. Received no email before our arrival. On our arrival, the front desk seemed quite efficient and check in went smoothly. The shock came when we arrived at our room to see our bayside view room actually faced an alley way that was under construction. The room itself was extremely spartan of furniture and hardly anything stocked in the kitchen. Carpeting was very stained & pretty disgusting. Paint was peeling on the wall’s & ceiling. Back at the front desk, we come to find there are no other rooms available and we were told to contact our VRBO host, who never responded back. In the morning we requested a better accommodation and were told a bay view room was now available, so we switched rooms for our second and thankfully last night. This room at least had a view, but was still in dire need of new carpeting and some TLC. Would not recommend this place at all!!

L’emplacement est vraiment bien. À deux pas de la plage. Pour le reste.. l’appartement est mal entretenu, ce n’était pas propre, les meubles sont abîmés. Les tapis dans les chambres sont sale, la cuisine n’est pas équipé. Pas de coupe à vin, seulement 4 verres, pas de guenilles ou de linge à vaisselle. Dommage puisque l’immeuble semble avoir un riche héritage. Je n’y retournerai pas

We spend about an hour getting one of the toilettes to flow. It was not blocked. It drained slowly and there was not enough strength on the flush. It was late so we just wanted to go to bed.

What we needed. The “restaurant” at the hotel was disappointing. They opened late, only had beer (no alcohol), and very limited food options. Two beers came to 23. The hotel lobby desk clerks gave us a recommendation for a restaurant called Bernie’s. Highly recommend it for a really good experience. We even met Bernie. What a character!

Hands down one of the worse hotels I’ve ever been to and I am not usually picky, I had hair in my bed and in my bathroom upon arrival, I went to the front desk about it and nothing was done. Also the pictures they show you are not what you’re getting, the property is extremely outdated and the bathrooms are dirty. The communication sucks, I have yet to hear back from the manger and it’s been 3 days. Would not recommend!!!!!!

Spring break was so mediocre

We were very underwhelmed with this property. The beach was nice, but didn’t come with beach chairs or umbrellas. The pool was ok but half of the chairs were broken. The walls were paper thin and we had to complain multiple times about people partying in rooms all around us. The kitchen was poorly stocked. 4 of each item and no dish soap or paper towels provided. The finish work in the unit was pretty bad including a peeling tub, and the sole light in the living room being burned out. The main elevator is off limits for luggage and when it rained the entire garage was leaking. We even saw raw sewage dripping down there. The VRBO instructions didn’t indicate how to get in for check in, and I never received any communication to indicate they had a front desk inside like a hotel. All in all, I’d avoid this spot.

Older property. The kitchen seemed updated, but the bathrooms needed to be updated. The front desk was not very friendly or helpful. If you used the fitness room, you had to get a key from the front desk. The description mentions a washer and dryer, it was NOT in the unit. There was a paid one down the hall. All three of the TV in the unit did not work at a point in our stay. The property charged for parking, which was not in the description. The parking was very tight. Several floors were under construction in the building. There was not a place to eat at the property. We had to go other places to get food and other things that we needed. The board walk and beach were very nice.
