➤ IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 1 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:

Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.



Guest Access:

➤ Guests will have access to the entire unit. Please make yourself at home. The Cleaner’s Storage is not accessible to guests.



➤ Parking space #3 is available for guest use.

Located in Alameda/West Flagler within the Flagami area, this residential Miami neighborhood offers convenient access to everyday essentials, local restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping. The area is known for its established residential feel while remaining close to major destinations across Miami.



Miami International Airport is nearby, while Coral Gables, Doral, Downtown Miami, and surrounding neighborhoods are easily accessible. Local commercial areas along Flagler Street and nearby corridors offer plenty of dining and everyday conveniences.



The location also provides convenient access to major roadways, including the Dolphin and Palmetto Expressways, making it easy to explore Miami and reach attractions throughout the city.



Getting Around:

Other Things to Note:

➤ The property is equipped with both heating and air conditioning; however, i cannot guarantee that you will achieve a comfortable temperature if your preference falls outside the range of approximately 63°F to 77°F. Additionally, due to the nature of short-term rentals, where guests may frequently come and go, i cannot promise 100% uptime, as some guests may inadvertently push the systems beyond their capacity, necessitating repairs.



➤ Unfortunately, I can't offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.



➤ I am not responsible for lost packages. If a package arrives at the property while you’re away, it will be returned to the sender. Please make sure that if you are ordering a package, you will physically be there to receive it, as I will not be able to track it for you.
