CHECKOUT POLICY

Standard checkout is 10:00 AM. Checkout at 12:00 PM is only permitted when approved in writing in advance.

Guests must fully vacate the property by their authorized checkout time. Departures after the approved time may result in a $100 late checkout fee to cover cleaning rescheduling, operational delays, and impact on incoming guests.

By booking, guests acknowledge and agree to this checkout policy.

PARKING

Two designated parking spots are included with the apartment. Additional paid public parking may also be available in the surrounding area.

SECURITY

For safety and security, surveillance cameras are located in the building's common areas and record activity 24/7.

PETS

Pets are welcome but must be registered at the time of booking. A fee of $25 per pet, per night applies.

If an unregistered pet is found on the property, the reservation may be terminated, guests may be required to leave, and a $500 penalty may apply.

QUIET HOURS

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during these hours.

HOUSE RULES

* Only registered guests are permitted in the home.
* No parties or events. Violations may result in a $1,000 fine, cancellation of the reservation, and removal from the property.
* No smoking or illicit drug use inside the unit.
* No open flames or fires of any kind.
* No loud music or disruptive behavior.
* Please do not disturb neighbors at any time during your stay.
* Other house rule violations, excluding parties, may result in a $500 fee per incident.

All guests are required to submit a valid government-issued photo ID and complete our secure identity-verification process through Enso Connect before check-in. This requirement supports the safety, security, and compliance of our property. Guests who do not complete the verification process will not receive check-in instructions, and we reserve the right to cancel their reservation in accordance with the booking platform’s policies.

Minimum age requirement: The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 25 years old and must be present throughout the stay. Age verification may be required. This requirement applies consistently to all reservations.
