A Sofa bed in the living room (please let us know so we can prepare it for you).

Access to the apartment is fully automated, with a smart lock at the apartment door and the main gate with code as well. You will be granted all the instructions 5 days before your check-in date.

Loud Noises are not allowed after 10:00 pm till 8:00 am
Early check-in and late check-out if available can be provided at extra cost.
Pets are not allowed at the unit.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. USD200 dollar fine.

Our check-in and check-out processes are fully remote for your convenience. You will receive information about the procedure, which will be shared via direct message or through our guest portal, along with detailed instructions.
Check-in is completed online, and a refundable damage deposit ranging from $300 to $500 is required. This deposit will be returned 2 to 5 business days after check-out, provided there is no damage to the property.
Alternatively, you can opt for a non-refundable damage waiver, which ranges from $50 to $80 USD.
Early check-in and late check-out if available can be provided at extra cost.
A paid washer & dryer are located in the building and are shared with other units it has a cost of $1.50 Washer and a $1.00 Dryer.
No pets are allowed at the unit.
