"Koki was a great choice for us. The hotel security was good. Morning breakfast is great variety. We had the two bedroom suite and it was perfect for us. The room sizes were big. I will definitely stay here again. "

"My wife and I stayed at Infinity Hotel Kampala for 8 days and had a fantastic experience. The staff were all very helpful and friendly, which really made us feel at home. "Lovely hotel. Very clean. Excellent service. Staff really helped us out with a few things. Free baby cot which was very comfortable. Room was very clean. Lots of water bottles. My only problem was no shampoo… a minor detail though. Food was delicious. The buffet breakfast had dishes that were different - not the same every day which was great. And for bacon lovers…. they have bacon cooked perfectly!! "

"While the location is chaotic and busy the actual hotel was surprisingly good. Very nice and clean rooms to really affordable prices, The food at the hotel restaurant was really good and the staff was amazing. The only issue is to get a taxi driver to want to drive downtown where the hotel is due to the busy traffic around the area. But highly recommend this hotel as it is really good value for the money."

"I would have given a perfect score if it was not for a small glitch , I was waken up by some guests discussing accross my door at 1 am , while this is to be on the guest one has to admit the room is rather easily disturbed by external noise which makes it a bit of an issue when you need some very needy rest after a long week "

"I have had a very pleasant stay at the Ruch hotel. The staff members were very, polite, professional, caring, competent and compassionate and well presented. The hotel facilitated my all transport arrangements both inside outside the city Kampala and naturally I felt very safe when I was exploring the city. I would definitely recommend the Ruch. It's excellent value for the money and it's located in a very safe area. "
