4 BR Lakeview Terrace House

This Gippsland Lakes accommodation features two separate living areas, 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms and balconies overlooking the water. This Terrace House sleeps 10 persons and is a perfect haven for two families or three couples holidaying together.
Upstairs there are three queen bedrooms (one has a private balcony and ensuite). There is a separate bathroom with bath, shower and a separate toilet. Also upstairs is the fourth bedroom with two pairs of bunks.
Downstairs, the Gippsland Lakes accommodation features an open living area of dining and lounge with wood fire, TV, DVD and two split system air-conditioners. The beautifully appointed and well equipped kitchen has a fridge/freezer, oven, microwave and dish washer.
The lounge room opens out on to a lower balcony with outdoor furniture also with beautiful water views. Off the lounge room is a games room for the children with an XBOX machine. There is a laundry with washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities. All linen and towelling is supplied as well as a BBQ on the outside deck.
This is a wonderful choice for the larger group wanting quality time with family and friends and perfect for a small seminar or conference.

Feel the serenity!

Lovely large house - bit on the 80s decor side but all good. Cromson rosellas and kookaburras join you on the deck for meals which is a delight. Lovely location and views

Family Friendly

We had a lovely stay here, the property manager was amazing and very helpful. The property is a great place to stay with family and even more with a toddler. Minor upgrades to blinds and tvs would be a nice touch.

Beautiful property on a nice location.

The 4 bed room terrace we stayed in was beautifully presented, clean, tidy and had water views. We were pleasantly surprised to find the property was a lot more spacious then from the photos. Bryan was a pleasure to talk to who was responsive, prompt and polite. Will definitely book this property again if we are up that way in the further.

PLEASANT HOLIDAY

We really enjoyed this stay. Accommodation was very big .This is the cleanest accommodation we have ever stayed in.We specially enjoyed huge balconies and nice view.

Spacious accommodation and pleasant stay

Our only disappointment was that there was no outdoor area near the property suitable for toddlers/children to play, and the playground equipment shown online wasn’t available. Otherwise the accommodation was perfect for what we needed…spacious and well equipped. Proximity to the village was good too. It has lots of stairs at the entrance but this was obvious online. A gate at the top of the stairs would have been great, enabling use of the veranda with a toddler.

Take your time at Metung

Lovely, laidback, fishing village with as much or as little as you want do while on holiday. This large, family home will give you a great view of the river and a short walk along the boardwalk will take you to boat hire and a lovely, little village with everything you need for a pleasant stay.

Perfect Great-away from the city

Place was bigger than expected, accommodation was clean when we got there and amenities all working perfectly. Nice views from the bedrooms and good balcony area to sit and relax. Walkable to the town centre along the pier. Overall great experience, would come back to this place again! Thank you for having us.

Plain but clean

Although the interior of the house was looking a bit dated & tired, we couldn't fault the cleanliness. It was spotless with crisp white sheets & generous bedding & towels. Great location, plenty of parking & nice pool area. Lots of stairs so not great for those with mobility issues.

Great place for large family

The perfect holiday house for extended families. My husband, 3 children and I stayed with my parents over the Xmas break. The house was very clean, comfortable and had everything that we needed for a great relaxing stay in Metung.

Fantastic house for a family get together

We stayed here with our 3 children, my parents and my sister over easter. The house is very well set up for a group, plenty of room, great outlook from the balcony, plenty of crockery and cooking/BBQ facilities. The house was super clean and spacious. Very comfortable beds. It is a lovely walk from here into Metung along the boardwalk. Bryan was super helpful with my enquiries prior to our arrival about where to eat in town and very welcoming upon our arrival. Highly recommend!
