"The room was clean and had all that was advertised, but had not been updated in a long time. The beds were not very comfortable, but frankly for the price and the location worth it and would definitely stay there again. We had no issues with anything. "

"My childhood friend and I met halfway to stay at the red farmhouse in the country! We both grew up on farms in iowa and we couldn’t have asked for a more comfortable, peaceful stay! We had everything we needed and enjoyed quiet walks looking at the farmland and watching the horses nearby. Would highly recommend. Host was very easy to have contact with and helped with directions which was appreciated. "

"This stay included everything we needed for a quiet a rejuvenating long weekend - easy access to hiking, small town with good pizza, a chocolate factory and ice cream shop within 5 minutes drive and yet somehow very secluded and quiet. We enjoyed sitting on the covered deck every evening and watching the deer and turkeys go by."

"We stayed 1 night as we were traveling 17 hours and needed to break that long drive up. House was as described. Comfy and relaxing. Very quiet area(which is always a plus). Much better than a tiny little hotel rooom. If we come back this way again, I’ll look for this house again. "

When we were booking this property the title of the listing was "Unity House South," the description did not mention "unit," and it popped up when we filtered our search by "house." I had to call a day before to confirm check in instructions as we have not received them 24 hours in advance as expected. A lovely lady figured it out for us and we got the check in info. She also said she was the one that cleans the property. When we arrived we expexted to stay...

"Had a great stay at the jones building. Our host was easy to contact. We stayed in the justice league apartment. Property was clean, updated and modern. Safe and well lit. Across the street from courthouse and statue. The museum was a walk across the street. Beautiful town and the nicest folks. We will be back!!!! "

"This was a great retreat. We enjoyed all the coyotes howling at night and the quiet area. It is rural but there were towns close to go to if you wanted. If I am in that area again I would use that house!!"
