"Property was clean and comfortable and fenced in back yard is private( great for my dog too), close to food, gas station and dollar general, easy drive to TC, we would most definitely stay there again! (Note: my family prefers to stay outside of major cities, we like more low key, quieter areas to stay and this was a great choice for us)"

"This property served myself and my girlfriend perfectly for a little getaway! The home itself was awesome and cozy, the area was quiet which was enjoyable, the drive to Traverse City wasn’t bad at all if you’re looking for more to do. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to make our own meals, and the Fire Lake Inn food was very delicious for eating out of the home. The only two complaints I could possibly have (nitpicking here) were that the Heat/AC unit was pretty noisy at...

"We absolutely loved the property and cabin. Very relaxing. The only negative part out of our entire weekend was the beds were the most uncomfortable beds I’ve ever slept on. We tried the pullout bed even but it was still hard as a rock just like the upstairs one. We would love to come back but hopefully there will be a different mattress available."

"The place was perfect; exactly how it is described. There were many little extras: a crate for the furbabies, a secure fenced area for the dog, clean up bags for the dogs, coffee, filters, shampoo, toothpate, q tips, etc. It also had plenty of toilet paper towels and rags, and more. We had so much fun and plenty of room for everyone. The rental had so many games and activities that are on the property grounds for guests to use and enjoy. We would glady stay here again."

"Great piece of property. We loved our stay and everything was very nice. Size, space and location were perfect. Just a few housekeeping notes. The appliances need fixing. The door on the stove does not stay closed. Someone must have stood or sat on the door. So sad when people don't respect other people's property. You are not able to use the oven without holding the door shut the whole time. The Refrigerator and freezer doors refuse to stay closed, resulting in the compressor running constantly...

"This spacious home with a huge, quiet, well-kept front and back yards was perfect for our family group and puppy. There is plenty of space to spread out and enjoy relaxing. Fire pit and charcoal grill were great additions. There was a gigantic turkey who entertained us morning and evening with his strut."

"We rented a pontoon for the week on Tippy Dam Pond and stayed in this home with our daughter and our two dogs. The home is decorated with cabin decor and the kitchen has everything that you need. The cabin was warm in cool weather and cool when the temperatures started to climb. The washer and dryer worked very well, and we were able to pack less things from home. We were sad when it was time to go home and leave this nice home, neighborhood and recreation area."

"Guys golf-weekend for four of us. 15 minutes from Arcadia Bluffs and 15 minutes from a grocery store, pizza place and small town. Cooked some meals in a well supplied kitchen and great Weber Grill. Local products offered like FRESH eggs, honey and sugars made/farmed from the owners across the driveway. Very nice people and pleasant to talk to the one time we did. Beds were all very comfortable very clean all around! Would recommend and come back."

Great location, it was especially nice not being in a loud hotel. 10-20 minutes from the ball parks we played at and close enough to town we could spend some time there before afternoon games. Owner checked in via text to confirm all was good, friendly interactions and answered all questions."
