1. Hours:
- The pool is open from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM daily.
- The multipurpose room is open from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily.

2. General Rules:
- Keep common areas clean and tidy.
- Smoking is not allowed in enclosed common areas.
Parties are not allowed.
- Alcohol consumption is not allowed in common areas.
- Loudspeakers are not allowed at high volume.
- Minors under 18 are not allowed in common areas unless accompanied by an adult.
- Only 2 guests per apartment are allowed. No exceptions.

3. Pool Rules:
- No food or alcoholic beverages are allowed in the pool.
- No smoking in the pool area.
- No pets are allowed in the pool area.
- No objects that can cause injury if broken (glass, ceramics, etc.) are allowed in the pool area.
- Children under 12 must always be supervised by an adult.
- No running or pushing around the pool.

4. Behavior:
- Respect the privacy and peace of other guests.
- Furniture, chairs, and sunbeds should be left as they were found.
- Each guest is responsible for picking up their own trash.

5. Safety:
- Access to the pool is not allowed outside the established hours.
- In case of emergency, contact the host immediately.
