"Great spot "

"This was my first time staying in a Tiny Home, and we had a great time! It’s just secluded enough on acres of woods to enjoy a peaceful retreat. The fire pit was amazing with two great swings and several Adirondack chairs surrounding it. The porch swing was a plus! The outdoor area had several rows of outdoor lighting that was beautiful at night. Something to consider though…The spiral stair case is narrow and a little shaky, so if that would be a issue, I wouldn’t suggest staying at this Tiny...

"This cute tiny container home had everything we needed for a nice, relaxing weekend getaway. The beds were extremely comfortable and the AC was ice cold (loved that). We enjoyed the peaceful wooded lot and the outdoor porch and fire pit. Would definitely stay again! "

"This quiet property was just the vacation away we needed. The large living room provided plenty of space or our big family. The 3 full size sofas around the big screen TV was perfect for cheering Tigers football on Saturday night. I enjoyed every morning rocking on the front porch watching my 5 granddaughters play and enjoying the mountain breezes, birdsong and train whistles. The back deck had plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy the evenings together and watch the stars. "

"This location is amazing. It is probably the best stocked rental we have stayed in. We were easily able to fix meals for more than 10. Wife's birthday was a hit and plenty of parking for friends. Beautiful cozy experience."

"We have a very large family and this property was perfect for us. It is even more beautiful in person. We all fell in love with it. The kids played games and we all sat around a fire for smores. We were traveling to Gulf Shores from Kentucky and chose to rent this property instead of hotel rooms for one night and it exceeded ALL expectations. It’s beautiful and the hosts made check-in super easy and stayed in communication with us. HIGHLY recommend and hope to stay there again one day. "

"We just enjoyed a very cozy night here! And the description is accurate: it had everything we needed including a nice bottle of wine. The fire pit was lighter-ready and making s’mores was just like I remember as a kid! We would definitely rebook and would recommend a stay here for a private and relaxing experience. "We had a wonderful time at Fern Cottage this weekend-it was a unique stay. Sage was very responsive to our questions. Overall the tiny house isn't at all too tiny and we were comfortable with 2 adults and 3 teens (ages 12, 15, and 17). The beds were all very comfortable with soft bedding!
