NOT A HOTEL

This place is advertised as a HOTEL. It is NOT. Even though the name says it is an extended stay, they told us that they reserve some of the rooms as a hotel but you are still treated as though you moved into an apartment. There are no hotel amenities, (no shampoo/lotion/hair dryer, etc) no room service of any kind, no cleaning of the linens, floors, garbage while there. ALL rooms advertised as Non-Smoking but every room is smoked in and our room STUNK!! We immediately told the front desk and they "sprayed" it to smell better. We were told that even though the rooms state "No Smoking" on all the doors, there isn't a room that hasn't/isn't smoked in. The spraying down the room did not work. The neighbors smoked, including pot and it was constantly coming through the vents. We tried contacting Hotels.com via chatting with an agent and they said they would reach out to the front desk, we were on hold for too long and had to get to an appointment, so nothing solved. We complained another day after being away for the day to come back to a smelly room with no linens changed. They came in to change the linens but reminded us that they don't clean/change while we are guests. I really wish we were told the truth about this place from the beginning. We would never have booked this place!!! Please know this is NOT A HOTEL even though it is advertised on Hotels.com as one. Stay away. I am very disappointed with Hotels.com also. Our trip was not a pleasant one.

Bedbugs...

Stayed here recently on two separate nights. Ended up in the same room twice. The first time no problem. The second time I left with bed bug bites all over. I have attempted to contact the hotel multiple times but nobody ever answers any of the multiple phone numbers provided. I will not be back. Other than that I have no complaints for the price.

They staff is what makes this place a great place to stay. They are helpful, resourceful and just all around good people. The room was clean, neat and everything in working order.

We travel a lot and usually stay at budget motels because we like to park right at outr door. This place was like luxury lodging at budget prices. I wish there were more of them across the US! Loved it!

The rooms are supposed to be non smoking however having people outside the rooms smoking near the airconditioning vents means the room is filled with smoke. Room 112 stunk of cigaretes.

I believe her name was Erica (she just had a baby) she was very nice. She gave us a NON smoking room! Well it was definetly smoked in & disgusting. the premises were trashy too.

Roach infested

Soon as we walked in roaches everywhere. I used a whole can of raid and put 3 bombs off in the room. Still seen roaches everywhere. Was scared to go to sleep seen 3 on the bed.

One problem with the room is that I was expecting a full size refrigerator. I lost some of my frozen food and secondly I saw a couple of roaches and ants. But other than that it was okay. Oh and one more thing a beer bottle was left by the bed on the floor.

Roach motel

My experience was horrible I didn't even dare stay when I walked in the room dead roaches in the bathroom some crawling in the bathroom and some crawling on the bathroom door. I went to the front desk and asked for a refund and when I talked to the manager Gloria she didn't care to apologize or act as if she cared. I guess she doesn't care that her hotel is infested. I wouldn't want anyone to stay in such a nasty place not even my worst enemy. So my rating would be a negative zero.

Expedia or someone screwed up my reservations

The staff did nothing to find out where the problem was nor did they try to find me a room. The clerk seemed brain dead. I drove home to Nashville. Very bad experience and I am waiting for a refund.

Horrible hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE!

The worst hotel ever. Upon arrival they did not have reservation and charged me for already paid stay. Room had cockroaches and silver fish in the bedding and crawling in the bathroom. Air conditioner never did work. Toilet ran all night long. TV had horrible picture and controller did not work. Filthy conditions. Old with odor. Would never ever stay here again and it should not even be included on hotels.com site.

When I arrived to the hotel to check in (~11:15 pm), the man at the front desk could not find my reservation. I pulled up the reservation on my phone and showed it to him, he said that didn't help and that I needed to call Expedia. I called Expedia and they said they would fax over my reservation to the hotel. The hotel said that was not good enough and that I would have to cancel my reservation with Expedia and book directly through the hotel. Expedia refunded me my money and I left to check in to another hotel due to the customer service I received at the hotel as well as the uncleanliness of the lobby. I can only imagine what the rooms look like.

Will never stay there again

First day room was supposed to be ready at 4 checked in but couldnt get in room till 5 got double charged for my stay an additional 104.00 dollars stayed 2 days and no towels were available employees are rude and not friendly at alll.......

Roach motel

Base boards coming off the wall and lo and behold roaches crawling from everywhere. Air was nice and cold. Shower was clean. No remote for the tv. Afraid to even sit. I had to leave could stay and didn't bother asking for a refund. Too many people standing around in the parking lot idle.
