Built in 1920 and recently updated, this charming space sleeps a maximum of 5 guests. There are two bedrooms. One is located on the first floor with a full bed and closet. Second floor features a second bedroom with a queen bed, dresser, and desk. Couch in living room can be used as a sofa bed for one person.

Spacious full kitchen complete with kitchenware and appliances including range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and drip coffee maker. Lovely updated bathroom on first floor with a bath/shower combo and vanity. Living room is equipped with Roku and Netflix. In-unit washer and dryer available for use.
Private entrance with self check. Room for one vehicle to park in driveway. Plenty of free street parking available for additional vehicles.

The house is a duplex, so please be respectful of other unit.
